Jack Dafonseca (General Sales Manager) and Doug Haring (Sales) also aided in making the entire experience relatively pleasant (as pleasant as it can be when one is spending many thousands of dollars.) My wife & I just purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot EXL, we looked at several other brands such as Nissan & Toyota, but found the Honda Pilot to give a much nicer ride & the price was very comparable....but on looked at several other brands such as Nissan & Toyota, but found the Honda Pilot to give a much nicer ride & the price was very comparable....but one of the main deciding factors was the customer experience that we received from Rachel Larson. She was great from the start...very patient (even after 3 visits), and we never seemed rushed or pressured. Her personality helped sell the car. We are very happy with it, rides beautifully & is exactly what we were looking for. We also appreciated the extra time Rachel spent showing us all of the amazing features the Pilot has to offer! More

First stop on our search for new Honda. Joe came out right away and explained all about the Crosstour,our first choice. These people are scam artists and crooks. After handing in a leased car and purchasing a used car from them I was contacted by Honda Financial stating that they did not pay them in the full agreed upon amo in a leased car and purchasing a used car from them I was contacted by Honda Financial stating that they did not pay them in the full agreed upon amount and the car was still in my name! Once they have your money they won't return your phone calls. I was lied to by several people and now my credit score will be affected. What a disgusting and disappointing experience. More

I had a bad experience at another Honda dealer in RI and was hesitant to go to Majestic, But I am so glad I did. Both jack and Terra did a wonderful job, no pressure, no games... Went to majestic for a 'safety recall' (windshield wipers stopped working- 08' safety recall for this problem) on my Accord. Brought the car in for a 12pm appointment...was told shouldn't take more that '1 h stopped working- 08' safety recall for this problem) on my Accord. Brought the car in for a 12pm appointment...was told shouldn't take more that '1 hour'. 40 minutes later, as I waited in the waiting room, I could still see my car sitting in the lot. Talked to the 'service rep' informing him that I had an appointment to make at 1:45 and wondering why my car was still in the lot. 'Fred' checked on it, got the car right in. Approx. 3/4hr later Fred got me, stating the car was 'all set'. This gave me just enough time to make my appoint...NOT SO FAST! I get in my car & my wipers don't work. I once again, returned to Fred telling him they don't work. They took the car back in & gave me a rental (now late for appointment). Fred calls about 1 1/2hrs. later telling me the recall does not apply to the wiper motor (it does according to the recall info online) only to the wires leading to the motor. The motor & labor cost $350. I declined the work, went to Metro Honda in Johnston (They were FANTASTIC). Metro stated the recall 'did' apply to the motor & replaced the motor for free. THANK YOU METRO! I live 10 minutes from Majestic & will never go there again. I have other issues there in the past; this was just the most resent. More
