I can't tell you enough of what a wonderful experience it was purchasing a used certified Honda Accord from Majestic Honda in West Warwick, RI. He was patient, explained all the cool new features that I wasn't aware, didn't rush me, didn't pressure me, and negotiated a price that I couldn't get elsewhere. I had done some car shopping, President's Weekend at another dealership in Seekonk and the experience was like night and day. The other salesperson at this other dealership made me feel rushed and pressured into purchasing a car, didn't offer to drive the car that I was spending more than $23K on the highway, which is what I take to work everyday, didn't want to budge on the price, but most of all, I felt like I was settling for a car that I didn't care for and being pressured and rushed is not my style. I had been using Majestic Honda South to service my 13 year old Honda Accord for a couple years. I recently took it in to get service done and decided it was time to trade it in. Rachel was referred by my service advisor and worked with Kyle to put together quotes on my trade in and the vehicle I was looking to purchase. They worked with management to get me a great price and a fair trade value. Because I was without a car Kyle went the extra step and set up my delivery earlier than we had scheduled. It was a huge help to me personally and I am very pleased that he accommodated my needs. Joe helped with the delivery of the new vehicle and even assisted in clearing all of my personal belongings out of my trade.
