This customer was at the end of her Honda lease. She was over in her mileage and did not wish to lease another car. She purchased a pre-owned 2003 Acura TL sedan for $9800. She turned in her Honda lease. None of the paperwork signed by the customer supports the customer’s claim that Majestic Honda had committed to pay her outstanding obligation to Honda. It is regrettable when we are not able to please even one of our customers. Majestic Honda is committed to providing our customers with an honest and professional purchase experience. The majority of reviewers seem agree that we have been successful.
