I recently purchased a new 2013 Honda Accord EX-L at this dealership and have to say out of all the new cars I have purchased this was the least stressful and was very informative. I worked with Joshua Ostrow with the sales portion of the sale and he was Honest every step of the way and if something was understood he was patient enough with me and my wife to explain it again so that we felt comfortable every step of the way. He layed out everything on the table and went over every part step by step. He was awesome. Then was the Finance portion of the sale and with Terra Carson if you wanna be signing paperwork all day she is the person to go to. She is very intimidating as well..... JUST KIDDING. She was a mirror image of Joshua when it comes to customer service and making sure we understood every step. The process overall went very smooth and painless. They took my trade in for a reasonable amount and we are very happy. The car is awesome.. Can't wait to see what the next evolution of Honda will be cause odd are I will be returning back to see Joshua and Terra again for my next purchase. Happy Customers, The Kingstons! More

I recently bought a beautiful, gently used Honda CRV from Majestic Honda - South and was really pleased at the quality of time and attention given to me by Dave Fontaine and Kyle Smith. I was in on vacation in Rhode Island visiting family when my old car, with 200K+ miles on it, broke down in spectacular and final fashion, and it was imperative that I find a new car within just a day or two so I could get home to Massachusetts and back to work. No one wants to be forced to buy a vehicle too quickly, or without a trade. But Dave was very calm and reassuring, and helped me to find the vehicle I wanted, without any undue pressure or sales gimmicks. Then Kyle arranged the financing & payment structure I needed to fit my budget. Majestic Honda took care of all the details of registering the vehicle, so that when I left the store, all I had to do was get back on the road on with my life, where all of my friends and co-workers were very complimentary of the vehicle and the great deal I got. I have to give Dave Fontaine and Kyle Smith the highest ratings possible, because the service was really remarkable. Josh was great from the beginning. We came in with a very specific purpose (to do a lease buyout thereby transferring a car from my father's name to mine) with very tight boundaries (as most of us are i very specific purpose (to do a lease buyout thereby transferring a car from my father's name to mine) with very tight boundaries (as most of us are in this new normal economy). Josh had obviously dealt with this process before, so not only was he able to answer and explain our questions to our satisfaction, he was able to leverage his network to find that comfort zone for us in terms of financing and insurance. (Note on the price rating: this is based primarily on the third party insurance quote. Due to my risk profile - young male, but clean driving record - and singular auto coverage, the quote was not as favorable as we were hoping). Although it pushed the upper limit of our boundaries, knowing that Josh had done the legwork and worked for the best terms available to us made us more than happy with where we ended up. What counts here is that he took the time to help make a big decision that much easier to make. This was a truly comprehensive and satisfactory attention to customer service that is rarely found these days. More
