I visited all different kinds of dealerships to see what kind of car I liked before and after visiting Majestic Honda South. Compared to all the other dealerships, Richard Brown was the least pushy and most kind of car I liked before and after visiting Majestic Honda South. There is nothing more I hate than a pushy dealer who is just trying to get my $$ right there on the spot, and not allow me to think about spending that kind of money. After visiting several Honda dealerships, I could not be more pleased to have bought from Majestic South. Throughout the whole process everyone at Majestic were helpful, friendly. straight-forward, and easy to work with. I can honestly say my visit with this dealership was not the least bit frustrating. I had checked out their inventory online, and came in with a few cars I wanted to look out. I went with a test drive with Joe Bevilacqua and he was friendly and informative about the car without being pushy. I wanted to test drive another car, so we took that one out next. Both test drives were lengthy, which was great! The test drives included highway as well as side roads. When we got back, Joe printed out copies of the CarFax reports for both cars I had test driven, and he went over them with me. One of the cars I test drove (and ended up buying) had been in a minor accident, and Joe explained that it was a Honda certified car, and that meant it had to be a minor accident and the car could not have had any damage to the frame. I told Joe I would like to buy the car, and what I could pay for it. I left, and heard back from Joe later that day. His sales manager had agreed to the price I had said I could afford, which was great. Joe was not at all pushy or trying to convince us to buy a car from him - he respected what I told him in regards to what I was looking for (price, mileage, year etc.) and informed me about the cars on the lot so that I was able to make an informed decision. After signing the loan papers, I was able to pick my car up the next day. This speedy delivery is particularly impressive because I live in Massachusetts, and Majestic had to go to Mass to get my vehicle registered. My family and I met with Terra Carson regarding the loan. Terra was clearly incredibly knowledgeable about different rates, and how to get the best one. She knew which bank to go through to get the lowest rate possible since my car is "old" (2009). I was very pleased with the interest rate I got - and cannot imagine getting a lower one somewhere else. Terra presented the options for protection plans, and was realistic with us since we told her we are on a budget. Terra thoroughly explained the paperwork, which was great. I did not have to doubt or wonder what I was truly signing. I changed my mind about the warranty package after signing the papers, and was able to straighten it out in one, easy phone call with Joe. I look forward to being able to refer friends and families to Majestic! I will definitely be buying my next car from them. More

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received in dealing with both Carmella and Rich. All communications with Carmella were via email / phone and her professionalism, knowledge and team received in dealing with both Carmella and Rich. She continued to follow-up with me on a very regular basis, but not in an imposing way at all. She also advised me when she would be out of the office and made sure I had contact information for my salesman who would cover if I had any questions or needed further information. My salesman was Richard Brown. He did a very, very thorough job in addressing any concerns I had and anwering all questions. He was not pushy, but competent and approachable. I felt comfortable and never pressured. He offered me some options and reviewed them until I was satisfied and one I chose was the tire and oil change Honda coverage. I really felt that he was advocating in my best interest. I would highly recommend both of these individuals and will tell others about my experience. Both were very custome centric. More
I buy cars every few years and of all the sales people I've ever dealt with, I believe that today was the best experience I've ever had with a car sales person. Most times when you buy a car and the sale is done, the sales rep doesn't spend a lot of time with you, but I couldn't believe how thoroughly Josh went over all the details of the car. I would never go to another sales person again. If Josh ever left Majestic Honda, I would honestly say that I would have to buy a car from him wherever he was working. What a genuine, sincere and just great guy. He restored my faith in car salesman. Great person that I'm looking forward to seeing at the dealership when I'm there. This dealership and our sales person Dave Fontaine were very easy to deal with. Buying a new car can be a stressful experience but we felt very comfortable with our visit here. My shopping experience with Majestic Honda was great. My wife bought her Odyssey from them several years ago and it's been a reliable family vehicle. When it came time to pass my current car along to my college-bound child, I started looking at subcompacts since gas rates have skyrocketed. Not surprisingly, the Honda Fit was at the top of every possible industry review. Naturally, I thought of Majestic first. However, the sales consultant who sold us the van had since retired, so I looked around first to see what the rates were. I got a few competitive quotes but some of the other dealers were playing games, including not including destination fees in their selling prices. I saved Majestic for last, and walked in one evening to test drive a Fit. I had been working with Joe Bevilaqua previously looking at used models, but he wasn't working that evening. Dave Fontaine greeted us when we walked into the showroom. We briefly explained what we were looking at and said we wanted a test drive. He went out to pull a test unit from the lot and we spent time exploring the floor model. Dave was very professional, pleasant and during the whole process, never tried the hard sell, and knew from our conversations that were set on the Base Model. He did not try to upsell and was great to work with when pencilling the quote. I had a selling price that was a couple of hundred dollars lower but from a dealership much further away. Dave and the Sales Manager worked quickly to match that price with no qualms. We quickly came to an agreement for a new Fit. I was a little apprehensive when it came time to meet with the F&I, but Terra Carson was very straightforward and pleasant. There was no hard sell when we declined the additional protection options, and once she confirmed the bank draft was valid, we were done probably inside of a half-hour. Dave walked us through the manuals and sat down with me in the car to answer any questions on the controls. I am now the proud owner of a brand new Fit. I'd like to thank Dave, Terra and Joe who patiently spent time with us one Saturday a few weeks before pulling out several used models to give us an idea if we wanted to go pre-owned.
