I’ve been using Majestic to service my old Accord for the past several years but had planned to go to another dealership for my new car purchase. Their inventory was much larger than I thought and the service I received from them was what I’ve come to expect from them… fantastic! Sarah, the sales assistant who helped me, was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. She worked with me on the price of my trade in as well as my new car. I can't tell you enough of what a wonderful experience it was purchasing a used certified Honda Accord from Majestic Honda in West Warwick, RI. Josh was the best salesman, I have ever dealt with in all of the years in purchasing my 3 Hondas. He was patient, explained all the cool new features that I wasn't aware, didn't rush me, didn't pressure me, and negotiated a price that I couldn't get elsewhere. I had done some car shopping, President's Weekend at another dealership in Seekonk and the experience was like night and day. The other salesperson at this other dealership made me feel rushed and pressured into purchasing a car, didn't offer to drive the car that I was spending more than $23K on the highway, which is what I take to work everyday, didn't want to budge on the price, but most of all, I felt like I was settling for a car that I didn't care for and being pressured and rushed is not my style.
