Josh was great from the beginning. We came in with a very specific purpose (to do a lease buyout thereby transferring a car from my father's name to mine) with very tight boundaries (as most of us are i very specific purpose (to do a lease buyout thereby transferring a car from my father's name to mine) with very tight boundaries (as most of us are in this new normal economy). Josh had obviously dealt with this process before, so not only was he able to answer and explain our questions to our satisfaction, he was able to leverage his network to find that comfort zone for us in terms of financing and insurance. (Note on the price rating: this is based primarily on the third party insurance quote. Due to my risk profile - young male, but clean driving record - and singular auto coverage, the quote was not as favorable as we were hoping). Although it pushed the upper limit of our boundaries, knowing that Josh had done the legwork and worked for the best terms available to us made us more than happy with where we ended up. What counts here is that he took the time to help make a big decision that much easier to make. This was a truly comprehensive and satisfactory attention to customer service that is rarely found these days. More

I had been searching for a new vehicle for almost a year before visiting Majestic Honda. Right away the atmosphere was totally different than any other dealership I had visited. David greeted me right at my car and took the time to discuss exactly what I was looking for. Even though he had other customers I never felt ignored. David found a CRV that matched all of my requirements and set me up on a pressure free test drive. Once I returned he took the time to go over all the features of the car a second time around in case I missed anything. David had my trade in vehicle appraised while I was gone and then introduced me to Kyle who explained the finance process in detail. The whole transaction went more smoothly than any other vehicle purchase I have experienced. It didn't take me long to decide on the CRV; and David found the color I was looking for with the features I wanted included. The delivery experience went very well; I spent over an hour with David going over the maintenance routine and vehicle features. Kyle was able to get me the payment range I needed even with adding an extended warranty and automatic starter. When I returned to have the starter installed I was given a loaner vehicle and was called back within an hour to pick up my new car with the starter and brand new all weather mats installed. I would not hesitate to send any of my friends or family to Majestic to see David to purchase a vehicle as I am happy as can be with my new purchase. Customer service went above and beyond! More
