Received a letter from majestic Honda offering to buy back my 2010 Honda fit for just about what I paid for it. When I walked in I was greeted by Rachel Larson who noticed the letter and we got right do back my 2010 Honda fit for just about what I paid for it. I told her I was interested in a 2013 Honda fit and if I could get it for what I was already paying monthly for the 2010 then we'd have a deal. She quickly got my information, checked inventory and ran the numbers and less than two hours after I walked in the door I was driving away in my new 2013 Honda fit. Rachel was very friendly and professional, took care of everything quickly and sent me on my way with a smile! I've now purchased my last three vehicles from majestic Honda, dealing with a different salesman every time and have always been treated fairly and friendly. My wife and i went to Majestic to possably lease a new 2013 Honda CRV, thats where we met Rachel. After seeing and hearing all the options my wife felt more confortable buying a Honda Civic with all the o 2013 Honda CRV, thats where we met Rachel. Rachel went from A thru Z and had explained every detail to my wife to make her feel at eze with buying a new car. We went home and thaught it over. Needless to say my wife was sold on owning it rather than leasing for two years. Rachel had to do a surch for that partickular car because of the color and interior and ovcorse she wanted the special black and aluminum rims. For some reason it made the car PoP. Rachel managed to talk to her boss and get us a good trade on my wifes Volvo along with a reasonable depot we were on our way. A few days later my wife picked up her new toy. Plain and Simply, I just had a very non-pressured, relaxed buying experience here. That alone was worth the visit. The fact that I drove away the same day in a relatively new (and pretty dam slick car) really put the old icing on the cake. The gal that took care of me, Sarah, was a rare breed for a salesperson. Totally transparent, in the good way, ZERO pressure, pleasant as pie, and polite as well. Anyway, she gave me what I considered a pretty fair deal by all means. The pricing was competitive for the vehicle I bought, and she worked WITH me, that was nice. I got the feeling while I was that all of the people who work there are nice, happy folks. Different from a few of the other dealerships I've visited recently. No name calling here, though. lol One other thing, I did go in there with a darn good idea of what I wanted, and I know that made their life easier in that respect. It definitely helps if you do your homework before you go in, in regards to pricing and what you want and so on .... So .... I left happy and I'm pretty sure it's going to stay that way, especially with the reassurances that I got from Sarah, she definitely made me feel like more than another face. I was recently forced into buying a new car since my caravan was stolen out of my driveway last month. I normally do not like buying cars because of the games I have experienced in the past.
