I would like to thank you for purchasing your Honda here at Majestic Honda. I very much appreciate you taking the time to offer us a review of your purchase experience. I see every review posted on DealerRater, both positive and negative. I am happy to have been able to address the issues posted in this review. The standard wire harness from Honda is a seven pin harness. Honda is not in the trailer business. So, I am not surprised to hear that we were not able to provide you with the plug you needed. Regardless of the plug, you would have needed the wire harness provided by us. I would rather that my sales person had made this clear to you from the outset. For this I am sorry. We do make every effort to inspect and service our used cars. I am sorry that you needed to return to the dealership after delivery to have some additional service done to the car. My service department informed me that we did address the service issues that you had. You have been given the owner’s manuals that we ordered for you and replaced the faulty dome light. At Majestic Honda, we do everything that we can to ensure that the pre-owned cars offered for sale are inspected and serviced. The Audi that you purchased required some additional service. Our desire to deliver you the car you purchased with the work completed caused us to have to wait on parts. It took us far longer than we could have ever imagined to obtain the needed parts from Audi. We are sorry that we were not able to address this issue more quickly. I wish I would say I was satiisfied, but I am not completely. I understand about the time to get parts, but those were not the expectations that were set with me. I was told 2 days and that turned into 5. Don't tell me 2, if you really don't know. Also, the attempts to address some identified issues were done in a skimpy matter with hopes I wouldn't notice (presumably), but I did notice. I do realize that some other items were discovered and they were taken care of as well, but that wasn't communicated to me during the delay. It was done, when I picked up the car. I look forward to the complete closure to this transaction. Though I took delivery of the car 21 days after the purchase transaction, I hope the couple loose ends to be complete soon and we can move on as Joshua and I discussed.

My Audi has been in the shop for 8 days now to deal with an oil leak that resulted into a head gasket replacement. I am glad this is covered under the 30 day warranty, but I wonder if the 30 days of my warranty include the days that the car is in the shop. The services representative is always polite and cordial, but also apologetic as the delays continue. They seem good at apologizing, as I have heard many. Not sure why I always have to call to get an update on the service on my car daily, but I do.

Well, the car has been to the shop three times since I took delivery for around 13 days. The oil leak turned into major work - head gasket and more, but I haven't been supplied that paper work yet. . Then the exhaust system had a couple problems that resulted in the OBD (on board diagnostics) system to kick in. The services people are friendly when you talk to them, but don't always do what they say they are going to do. This has not been a fun experience for a new-to-me/used car.
