After he got us a trade in quote he found us a van to test drive. He told us to really take a drive not just up and down the strip. He made sure we took it out on the highway. We had plenty of time to really get to know the vehicle. We feel in love! Came back and sealed the deal. Very pleasant experience from start to finish! More
I went to majestic to purchase a 2013 civic si sedan. i was very specific as to what i wanted, i wanted nav and i bought just about every accessory listed for this car, ended up having to order it from hon was very specific as to what i wanted, i wanted nav and i bought just about every accessory listed for this car, ended up having to order it from honda. less than a month later my car arrived, i got to drive it with 2 miles on it on a sunday they wanted to make sure i liked the car, then they installed the wheels and tires i ordered and all the other accessories, they were fantastic and i absolutely love my car. they gave me a price that was fantastic right off the bat, they were all very friendly, the installation of all the accessories is very clean and professional, there was no pressure at all no annoying emails like other dealers do. majestic is very straight forward and laid back, i would highly recommend and i would buy from majestic again. when it came to the paper work i assumed i would be in the 1.9 interest rate honda advertised, to my disappointment it didnt work out that way however when the finance guy was done i got a lower interest rate than i originally expected. i couldnt be happier they made sure i got what i wanted and it was affordable just cant beat it. David was always in touch about progress, told me when the car was being built, when it arrived every step of the way i was in the loop. they took care of insurance and registration for me i didnt have to do a thing, granted you expect that but it still was nice. After the sale was complete and i drove off the lot a couple days later i got a thank you card in the mail from majestic. that is great customer service. i wont shop for a car anywhere else. majestic is my first and only stop. I brought in my 2010 Honda Civic and i wanted to trade it in so i could lower my monthly car payment. I had a small budget and Josh Ostrow was fantastic in helping me be able to trade in my civic and he got in so i could lower my monthly car payment. I had a small budget and Josh Ostrow was fantastic in helping me be able to trade in my civic and he got me into the honda accord. He explained everything every step of the way and his customer service was flawless. I will be recommending this dealership and will recommend that they ask for Josh as their saleman. More
We went on Sunday to look at a used car. David was the salesman. He was very professional, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we would get the car we desired. Jopshua seemed interested in us as people as well as a potential sales target. He was very knowledgeable about the line and recommended the CRV and explained the features well. The color we wanted was not on the lot and accordingly he went to considerable lengths to make sure we received the model and color and features we wanted. He arranged for a test drive and handled the trade-in questions well. He was always available to us and we were even able to contactg him outside business hours on a couple of occasions while the sale was being structured. We received the car on April 22 and again Joshua took time to go over the vehicle with us and explain and demonstrate its features. We consider this tio have a first rate sales experience. Rachel at Majestic Honda was amazing!!! When I first walked in I thought the whole new car buying experience was going to be a nightmare... it was just the opposite! My family has been leasing from Majestic Honda for more than three years now, starting with my leased Honda Civic in April 2010. At the end of March, I scheduled an appointment over the phone with someone than three years now, starting with my leased Honda Civic in April 2010. At the end of March, I scheduled an appointment over the phone with someone named "Jasmine." I went in the morning of my appointment and was told to come back in the afternoon because the leasing agent wasn't in. So, I left work twice that day to try and buy my Honda Civic, which I've had an overall positive experience with -- twice it took me to California and back. When I went back to Majestic South the second time, I told the salesman, Richard Brown, that I had been pre-approved for a really good auto loan/interest rate through Peoples' Credit Union. He, however, dragged his feet and said it was a lot of work to go through with a bank auto loan and suggested I finance through Honda. Curious if they'd offer a competitive interest rate, I agreed to run the inquiry. He said he wouldn't make any money off the deal and that he would just be doing me "a favor." He came back and told me Honda's financier offered a similar interest rate compared to Peoples' and that gap insurance was "included." With Honda taking care of the inspection and registration, I figured fewer hassles might be worth the little extra in interest. I asked Mr. Brown if I would have to pay full interest on the 5-year loan or if there was no interest penalty for paying off early. He simply said, I could pay the loan off early, not really answering or comprehending the question, it seemed. So, when Business Manager Kyle Smith walked me through the paperwork, I asked him if there was an interest penalty and he said no -- which it turns out is true but that one of their salesmen didn't comprehend the question is surprising. Finally, after two-and-a-half hours in the office, I drove off the lot with my Honda Civic. When I received my first bill, I realized the payoff balance was almost $2,000 greater than I anticipated. I called up Majestic Honda and asked why my payoff was so big. Mr. Smith tells me the lower interest rate was dependent on my purchasing the gap-insurance "bundle" and that the insurance was an additional $1,200--two things I was never told when I purchased the vehicle and I never saw a receipt with the inflated payoff amount. I simply signed a receipt that showed the payoff amount of the Honda Civic at the end of my lease period. As someone who'd never purchased a car before, you'd think they would try and help me understand the deal rather than take advantage of my youth and time crunch as I needed to get back to work. I am really disappointed in this dealership. In college, my twin and I shared a '92 Honda Civic and that's when I really began to respect the carmaker but wish the dealership had helped educate me rather than played run-around to my questions and acted like they didn't have time to facilitate a lease buyout with a financier other than their own.
