I can't say enough good things about my experience today at Majestic Honda South. I knew I was in the market for an SUV and wanted to look at the Honda CRV, as well as other competitors SUV's. Majestic was my first stop and I had the pleasure of meeting Sarah Avery. Sarah was very professional and understanding of my search. She took me on a very detailed test drive route so I could experience both highway and true RI bumpy back roads. She never made me feel pressured to buy, she presented me the facts, calmly answered all my questions and quoted me a price and I went on to test other SUV's. Needless to say I did not have good experiences at other dealerships and even though I liked the Rogue and Rav4 and for me were right in line with the CRV, it was my experience with Sarah that made me want to return to Majestic to make my purchase. Buying a new car should be fun and stress free and Sarah made sure that happened. I also had the pleasure of meeting Terra in the finance department, who worked her magic to get me a great rate and made that experience enjoyable (and full of laughs), while maintaining her professionalism. I can't thank Sarah and Terra enough for kindness and professionalism, they truly get what good customer service means to a business. I just started looking at cars thinking it would take me a few weeks. I walked in to two dealerships that I walked immediately out of because they were so unfriendly I didn't want to pay for such horrible a few weeks. I recently bought a used Lincoln MKZ from Joshua Ostrow at Majestic Honda South. This is the second time I have bought a car through Joshua I must say he has worked very hard both times to find the right c at Majestic Honda South.
