I recently went to a few dealerships looking for a new car and was not pleased with any of the experiences I was having. That is until I went to Majestic Honda. I was greeted by Josh and was instantly imp car and was not pleased with any of the experiences I was having. That is until I went to Majestic Honda. I was greeted by Josh and was instantly impressed with his knowledge of the Honda product line and the safety features. The safety was very important to me since I have 2 young children. Josh worked out what I thought was a good deal. He brought me over to the service Dept. to introduce me as a new customer to some of the service reps. that I would be dealing with when i brought my car in for service. He even gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had any issues that needed immediate attention. Overall I had a fantastic experience. I recently leased a 2014 Honda Accord Ex from David Paleno. I visited the dealership for a total of three times before my purchase. Each time David was polite, respectful, patient, and very knowledgeable. He quoted me a fair price on my second visit and I was ready to buy within the week. A few days later David volunteered to call ME to tell me the price of the lease dropped $20 per month. The price he quoted was by far the best in the local Honda market. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from David. He doesn't hound you with unnecessary phone calls and NEVER did I feel pressured to buy. He was highly respectful of my needs as a buyer and never talked down to me. As a woman, I've experienced quite the opposite at other dealerships. David was a breath of fresh air!
