Was told "your budget is not my problem" and when I questioned a "law" the price quote was crumpled up, thrown in the garbage and followed by "I don't want to do business with you, BYE!" Joe Bevilacqua was by far the BEST sales person I have every worked with. He was professional, helpful, pleasant, responsive, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. I had many questions, he took the time to answer all my questions. He was also extremely helpful and patient in explaining all the features of the vehicle. He went beyond the call of duty when he helped to install my daughter's car seat in my vehicle. I gave ratings of all 5's for Majestic Honda in the purchase of a 2013 CR-V for the following reasons: 1. Our car buying experience started with a request for a quote which I promptly received back purchase of a 2013 CR-V for the following reasons: 1. Our car buying experience started with a request for a quote which I promptly received back from Internet Sales Consultant Chanceny Khea. 2. Chanceny was very pleasant and accomodating to work with and answered many questions via e-mail. 3. In the dealership, our Sales Consultant, David Fontaine was very friendly and extremely helpful in all phases of the purchase of this vehicle. 4. David helped us navigate through the entire purchase of the vehicle explaining everything in terms that my wife and I could fully understand. 5. The pricing of the vehicle was exactly as quoted by Chanceny. 6. The test drive went very well. David let us take the car and told us where to go to get the best test drive and try pulling in and out of parking spaces in a Park and Ride location along the test drive route. 7. We liked the CR-V so much during the test drive, that we decided then and there to purchase the vehicle. 8. David showed us a paper with pricing explaining the MSRP price, the discounts, the trade in price and the final net price of the vehicle. 9. The paper also showed how much the monthly payment would be. 10. This was a stress free, no hassle and no pressure car buying experience for both my wife and me and we would like to thank David Fontaine for making it this way. More
This dealership is great (for the most part- see next paragraph). Overall, I rate it with a 5 because of our awesome experience with Josh Ostrow. He's excellent. He worked hard to find a quality car in our desired price range. AND on top of it all, Josh came in to the dealership ON HIS DAY OFF to help us work out a few minor kinks with the car AFTER we bought it. Actions speak louder than words. One thing I must mention is the business manager, Kyle Smith. This man caused me to seriously second-guess my high rating for this dealer. He is the epitome of rude. Kyle did not acknowledge us when we entered the room, acted impatiently toward us and toward our bank on the phone, did not answer our questions properly (he only repeated himself in an annoyed tone), and he hardly acknowledged us as we exited. We left his office feeling 100% disrespected. I don't know why Kyle is still employed. He definitely tainted our experience at Majestic. NEVERTHELESS, I still rated this dealer with a 5. That just goes to show how great it was to work with Josh Ostrow. If you go to Majestic South (which I recommend you do), ask for Josh and just ignore the brief time you have to spend with Kyle. You'll be happy you did. More

As a female graduate student in my early 20s who was searching for a vehicle alone for the first time, I was comforted by Dave's knowledge and honest and truthful insight about the car's safety and reliability, which were my primary concerns. Dave demonstrated professionalism, patience and a tremendous amount of knowledge, and was therefore a first rate salesman who Majestic Honda should be very proud of. I will return to Majestic Honda South and give Dave Fontaine my business for as long as he remains a salesman. Thank you Dave! More
First off, Doug Haring was the best thing about my experience at Honda. I have been raving about his service since my wife leased her Civic in 2012. I have recommended him to many others and sent my s experience at Honda. I have been raving about his service since my wife leased her Civic in 2012. I have recommended him to many others and sent my sister to him recently. She purchesed a Accord but worked with another salesperson because Doug was out on sick leave. I will continue to recommend him for as long as he works at Majestic. With my outstanding service from Doug aside, I have 2 complaints. First, the individual who checked my car said my engine was about to go and offered me $200 for a trade in. I personally don't care about the offer. My gripe is that at the very least a compression test would need to be performed before damning an engine. It takes more than 5 minutes. His assesment seemed almost instantaneous and in my opinion a bit dishonest. My a/c compressor burned out the week before and for those who know understand it can be very noisy. A burned out compressor may sound bad but is far from a bad engine. Second, I do not particularly care for Kyle Smith who financed my purchase with them. It is obvious that he has financed many vehicles but is not very good if the everything is not perfectly in order. He displays a bit of arrogance as if the dealer is always right and not the customer. As I recall, my wife and I had the same experience when leasing her Civic and my sister also had issues with him. She requested a different finacial manager and had a better experience. To Kyle's credit, he did offer an interior and exterior warrenty for the life of the lease for no charge. It's is a pretty good savings and at his discretion to do so. Thanks for that Kyle but you need a bit of an attitude adjustment. More
My husband and I set out at 9:30a.m. in search a a new Honda. After visiting other dealers we went back to Majestic to purchase our new CRV and are very pleased with the sales person Joshua. He went out of his way with information and was very helpful in our decision making. One of the dealers we had visited after meeting with Joshua the first time basically called us liars and that the information we received from Majestic was not true. Needless to say you know we walked out of that dealership and we would have been returned customers of theirs. We went back to Majestic and are very satisfied with the whole process. Thank you Josh!
