Best experience from start to finish!!!! My husband and I purchased a 2012 Honda Civic LX today and I must say that the staff there is incredible, especially Dave Fontaine. He worked hard to find a great car within our budget. He was respectful and courteous. From our first meeting almost 2 weeks ago he listened to what we needed, wanted and could afford and he found us the perfect car!!!!! I could not be happier! Me and my husband are just so pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail. Definitely would recommend Balise Honda of West Warwick and would recoomend you see Dave Fontaine! Great experience. Extraordinary team including management, sales and finance! More
Poor customer service When purchasing a car, they suck up to you. But, if there is a problem after purchase try getting them to respond and good luck!! Keyless entry was When purchasing a car, they suck up to you. But, if there is a problem after purchase try getting them to respond and good luck!! Keyless entry was never explained to me upon purchase. Only keyless ignition was explained. It is tough to break old habits and. because I thought I needed my keys in my hand to get in into the car and lock up, I have left my keys in the car several times. First, my keys were inadvertently locked in my car by my husband's second set of keys because he did not realize I had left them in there. They had told me it is impossible to lock keys in the car. My husband was gone and I had to go to work so I called them in a panic to ask if there was anything I could do. I left five separate messages all day long and nobody returned my call . Secondly, I again left my keys in my car and unfortunately they were stolen. I had to have more keys made and reprogrammed. Called sales person to ask about options and he told me that to have them reprogrammed it would be hundreds and hundreds of dollars. He told me that all they could do was get me a set of duplicate keys. Wrong on both counts. I went to herb chambers in Seekonk and had two keys made and reprogrammed for $237 . Again, even though some of these mishaps were my fault because I was not familiar with/used to the workings of keyless entry, both days that I tried calling I left several messages and nobody bothered to call me back. I will never buy a car there again . More
Poor Customer Service I purchased a brand new Honda Civic last month and was pleased at first with this dealership, however after having the car for a couple weeks now I ha I purchased a brand new Honda Civic last month and was pleased at first with this dealership, however after having the car for a couple weeks now I have noticed some flaws that they refuse to even look at or fix. First off the brake rotors are already rusted from them leaving the car out all winter long. Also I have noticed on the highway the car has a vibration in the steering wheel and is not centered when going down a straight road. After calling them on this their response was that it was normal wear and tear and that I could have hit a pothole (which I did not) and they would charge me for them to look at it ($75)!! And to top it off after emailing them again they no longer respond to my messages. Great customer service you have here... If I get another Honda in the future it will be with Metro not Balise. More

He spent alot of time with us and worked with the manager with ease for the final price. I was very impressed with the dealership and James Smashe. I love honda. I just traded in my 2004 Honda which gave me wonderful reliability through 12 years and I know my new 2015 Accord will serve me just as well. More

Excellant customer service We were interested in purchasing a 2015 CR-V. Jim was able to answer any questions we had and gave us a thorough explanation of the SUV. We were there for a while but in the end decided to purchase the CR-V from Majestic because we were comfortable with the last price we were eventually quoted plus the added bonus that this dealer had just received an SUV in the color we wanted. Jim very efficiently took care of the details needed to complete the purchase and we were able to pick it up the next day with the assurance if we had any questions we were not to hesitate to call him. We would definitely recommend Jim to others. More
