A Visit That Was Meant to Be! Last Tuesday evening around 5, my wife and I decided to take a ride to Balise Honda. We were looking to upgrade our 2010 Honda CRV to a 2013 or 2014 C Last Tuesday evening around 5, my wife and I decided to take a ride to Balise Honda. We were looking to upgrade our 2010 Honda CRV to a 2013 or 2014 CRV. We knew exactly what we wanted and thought we'd ask a salesperson to be on the lookout for us. Domenic Melone was the sales consultant assigned to us. After he respectfully listened to what we were looking for, he told us that he thought he had exactly what we wanted on the lot. And he did! Domenic could not have been any nicer, any more efficient, any more accommodating or any more personable. He also was extremely knowledgeable about the car and was very transparent in explaining its previous history. He took care of everything for us and, in the week since we purchased the car, has quickly returned the few phone calls we have made to him. There was never any high pressure from Domenic. When it came time that Tuesday evening to talk to a Finance person, Joe Bevilaqua took care of us. Like Domenic, he was very knowledgeable, organized, efficient and personable in dealing with us. Another fine young man working for Balise! In the week since we purchased the car, my wife and I have commented numerous times on how fortuitous it was that we took that initial ride to Balise and how extremely impressed we have been with the people who worked with us, Domenic and Joe. We can only hope that the Service Department will treat us as well! More

I noticed a CRV EX-L in the showroom and came back on Tuesday to purchase it. Unfortunately, it had been sold on Monday. We dealt with Cedric Silveira who was very helpful in assisting us select what turned out to be 2016 Odyssey. We traded in our 2005 Odyssey. We had the numbers crunched several times to arrive at an affordable lease payment. We were able to finance and insure the vehicle without a hassle thanks to Michael Vinacco. We were only at the dealership for 4 and 1/2 hours which included a 25 minute test drive. More

Sarah, is over the top more than willing to make your car buying a fun, fast and memorable experience, from the time you walk in the door to the time you are driving off in your new car there is no disappointment. This is the type of quality staff you expect to see at a BMW dealership, not at a Honda dealer. She works with you in all aspects from building the foundation of your relationship with her, management, finance, and the dealership, to making sure you are making the right choice and are happy with what you are buying she isn't just putting you in a car to make a sale which is all to common in today's market. I thought it was pretty cool that she took the time to get to know me, and introduced me to the dealership as a whole. Following Sarah in sales I worked with Joe in finance, he made signing super easy, hassle free, and this whole process was super quick. I'm thankful to have found my go to when it comes to the Honda brand, Thank you Sarah, Joe and the management who made my car buying decision a reality!
