Dominic, the salesperson who helped us, was incredible. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and was willing and able to answer any questions we had. However, once we had decided to purchase the car, we were met by the used car manager Nick Costanza who had easily the worst customer service skills I've ever seen. He was extremely unprofessional and seemed annoyed that we had concerns about the vehicle like the fact that two of the tires were bald and the other two were not much better. I think the only reason we didn't walk away at that point was because we had experienced such great customer service with Dominic and truly wanted to give him our business. Dominic gave us a few minutes to discuss our options privately before moving forward with the paperwork because he could tell how offended we were by his manager. While we were weighing our options, Nick was constantly walking back and forth by Dominic's desk and we overheard him yelling at Dominic that we had five minutes to make a decision because it was 8:45 and he wanted to get out on time. We had not gotten to the dealership right before they closed, we arrived just after 6 and spent hours checking out cars and going over financing options with Dominic. Although we probably should have walked away at that point, we decided to move forward with the purchase. We had been pre-approved for an auto loan with our bank for 1.9% financing and they had given us a cashier's check to pay for it. Nick, however, would not let us use the cashier's check and told us we had to finance through the dealership for 4.4% financing. When I asked him why that was and he said that if we used outside financing the dealership could not make any extra money off of us. I then asked him what the difference between using the cashiers check and paying with cash was and he told us that cash was not an option and it was the dealership's policy that we must do financing with them. However, he did not offer to produce a written policy stating that that was true.. We decided to go forward with the paperwork and discuss the financing policy another time with upper management. The financing manager Michael that we dealt with was wonderful He was very patient and broke down every portion of the contract with us even though it was after 9 and they were closed at that point. When we found out that the vehicle would not be ready for pick up that night we asked if they would deliver it or meet us halfway (we drove down from Massachusetts, about an hour and 45 minutes away). Michael and Dominic both told us that that was something they had done in the past but Nick said that wasn't an option. I felt like we had been taken advantage of, which is not how you want to leave a dealership after a big purchase feeling. As great as Michael and Dominic were, Nick Costanza is the reason we will not be purchasing from Balise Honda ever again. More

Ray Merola was the salesman and both of us left feeling he did a great job and handled everything for us in a professional manner along with the manager. Definitely will be going back there for our next purchase. More

Called for hour and a half no answer, left message with no response .decidedto go to go up to dealership around 3:00 my car was still in spot where I left it, was told they couldn't get to it. Never again, will I purchase a vehicle from any Balise dealers attitude problems there. More
Very poor service I went in to purchase a Honda Civic this past weekend. My salesman was fine...but just left my son and I to sit in his cubicle for 5 hours. I had check in hand from an auto loan I was approved for. They finally came to me and said I had to upgrade to a different vehicle due to negative equity on my vehicle. The manager called my insurance company and they handed the phone to me as they would not give him information. I was told to get out of there FAST. She indicated that they were trying to scam me. She informed me that the VIN he had given her was for an LX and NOT for the top of the line Civic with navigation system. She said that she checked several sites and the vin # came back with a total worth of $19,200 and not the $26,000 they were trying to get from me. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to my family or friends. Went to Nissan Dealership up the street and had great customer service. I left with a beautiful car THAT NIGHT. They went above and beyond. There was another couple at Nissan that were at Balise the same time I was. Balise has very poor customer service. I called the night before I went in asking for a manager to call me. I was informed that they would DEFINITELY call me before the end of the night and I did not receive a call back. All I got from the manager when I got there the following day was "blah, blah, blah." Not trying to help the customer at all! I would not trust them at all. More

Lack of Common Sense! My sunroof suddenly exploded, shattered while driving glass protruding from the inside out. Called American Honda, and was told to bring to dealer so they could diagnose. Called and made appt. for Thurs. morning 1/21/16 9:00am. I left the dealership, and would not receive a call from them until 4:37pm, notifying me that "We looked at vehicle, and couldn't determine any Mfg. defect, so would presume that sunroof was hit from outside object" When I returned to pick up vehicle, I went to the vehicle first, looked around it, then opened the driver's door. The entire rocker panel sill plate was covered in dirt, and grease. Opened the passenger door to find the same. Now when I dropped the vehicle off in the morning, I told the Man who got in, and was preparing to drive it, to be extra careful, you don't find many like this in Mint condition.. You would think, that these "Knowledgeable" people would have a little common sense, and see that the vehicle is in mint condition, the plastic sill protectors, didn't have a scratch, or dirt on them, would get a small step ladder to inspect the sunroof, or put something down before ruining sill plate. No instead, they hung onto the roof with their hands, while stepping on the sill plate! I notified the Service advisor, and was told that they would send someone out to clean it. I said, "No I've taken pictures, because they ground it the dirt to the sill plate". I could give them the benefit of doubt, if I brought in some old run down junker, but as I said, this 2011 CR-V is in Mint Condition with 14,300 miles on it!! I guess because it isn't their property, it doesn't matter. They lost a customer, and probably more.... More

Love the new vehicle! Walked in the day after Christmas thinking it would be slow, and it was hopping! Lots of buyers, hopefully all buying that day! We bought a Civic for my son, and Anthony made it happen for us. We got a great deal, and were extremely happy with our purchase. This makes our fourth Honda purchase, and the second from Anthony. We also worked with Mike, and both were great. Keep on doing what you're doing Balise, my family (and my son and his new car) thank you! More
