Shocked at "Bait and Switch" promotion I received a letter in the mail saying they were looking to stock up on more of my year and model car. Said they would pay a minimum of $4000 trade-in I received a letter in the mail saying they were looking to stock up on more of my year and model car. Said they would pay a minimum of $4000 trade-in value no matter the condition of the car. Plus if I came in for their promotion would also receive a Target Gift card for just coming in. What a joke! Wasted 2 hours of my time, never received the gift card and had to listen to the spiel of the salesperson and manager, both of whom did not listen to any of my needs and were pressuring me to get into a lease. I clearly said several times that under no circumstances was I getting a lease. They only offered me $1000 for my car and came back with MSRP price for the new car-never even asked ahead of time what I would be willing to pay. Very disappointed because I bought my previous car there when it was majestic and was still a family owned dealership. I went there for 10 years with my car when it was majestic. Will never go back and tell everyone I know NOT to go to Balise. More

I'm in the same situation as a lot of VW diesel owners. We are all scrambling to find a replacement car as we wait to turn in our diesels to VW. The staff at Balise understood my situation and even offered to help me during this transition. They realized that my purchase time was dictated in part by the progress of the VW recall, and did not pressure me into buying before I had everything lined up. In the end, I purchased my Civic early, and parked my Jetta as it awaits for its turn in date. For all you VW owners looking for a replacement for their TDI's, I would strongly recommend Balise Honda as a place to stop. More

Kudos to Service Manager Took my 2010 Honda Fit to Express Lube for an oil & transmission change. A week later my car starting smoking in the back and there was oil splattered all over the back. I want to thank the Service Mgr., Peter Slota, for taking responsibility for the attendant not tightening the plug and causing my car to drain most of it's oil. They towed my car, gave me a loaner and committed to finding out what happened. On behalf of his dealer, he did the right thing, thoroughly checking the car for damage and guaranteeing that if there is a future problem they will take care to it. Thank you Mr. Slota and Balise for doing right by the customer. He was pleasant and professional. More

Management would not take a deposit for a car I was quite disappointed in the dealership. The salesperson was great but when i specified the vehicle I wanted, management said it was next to imposs I was quite disappointed in the dealership. I explained I would wait 10-12 weeks but they did not even want to to try. I went to another Rhode Island dealership and within 5 weeks i had my car. I felt sorry for the Balise salesperson. More

This invite is sent by Honda headquarters I am assuming. However, it's a scam that I was suspicious of and come to find out, it was just a way to get you in the dealership, try to have you fall in love with a new car and then suddenly your are paying MORE a month for it! So much for "a new Honda...with little or no out-of-pocket expense"! Still waiting for my $10 Target gift card lol! When it's time to buy a new Honda I'm not going to Balise that's for sure, bought my car when it was still Majestic. I'll have to go to the one in Lincoln, RI. More

It was fast, thorough and one of the workers, Matt, even provided a great coupon for me to use at that visit. I honestly will never go anywhere else for this type of service. My daughter is the one who told me about it because she has been using them for quite some time. I don't know why the other local Honda dealerships don't offer this type of service. I wanted to write this review because usually only the complainers bother to write one. Matt and company are doing a great job and really go out of their way to make your experience a quality one. Hello im ...... and you are.... Went to the Quaker Lane dealership with out a appointment at 335 pm August 3. Spoke to the recptionist and said im interested in #'s for a 2016 Civic. She brought me over to two salespeople who were seated at desks. One was in mid bite of food so the other one got up passed me and followed the recptionist back to her desk. I had to wave her down, the dealership was clse to empty inside. I told her what wpexact car i wanted and in which colors. One was in the showroom about 8 feet from me. ashe had to try and get on the computer and find the car. She ended up on the web site that we look at and then said she needs to talk to her manager. Got up unplugged her phone and walked away. At this point its been over 5 min since i sat down and she had yest to introduce herself or ask my name. When she returned the price was WAY over sticker. I informed her I have 2 prices lower on hand from othdr dealerships. She said that they match quotes/prices. Again I said I have 2 prices lower with me. She said nothing. I walked out amazed and trying not to laugh. I bought from the location before it was Belise. Luckily my time wasted was short. More
