We test drove a new CRV. The next day we decided to buy it and agreed on a price over the phone. Salesman said he would hold the car. 5 days later we arranged to pick up the car. Upon arrival, we waited 40 minutes. Then, we were told they had given our car to someone as a loaner. We thought it was a joke. No joke. They said they would find another like it from another dealer, and we could come back later. Incredible that a business of car sales cannot keep track of their cars. Very disappointed. I would never recommend them. More
