Poor Mechanic Service I wanted to rate them lower but the service dept and the parts dept employees did everything they could to occomodate us. The mechanic who worked on our car quoted a long list of items that needed to be done. One of the items was the ac didnt work according to him. But it was on hot and works fine. Had to replace valves due to error while doing time chain. Couldnt even put a oil change sticker on the windshield. Then after completing everything on the original list he tried again to get more work done by saying more things are bad. Got car back with an empty tank barely making it to the gas station. Very poor mechanical service.. very good customer service from behind the counter. More

In November the car had the state inspection, only 16,000 miles, everything was great, last oil change they did not rotate tires because the mileage was too low. Today, 1/21/1016, 2months later, the customer service rep. said that the car needs the tires rotated. Explained why it was not necessary. She told me she will have to write down on the customer service sheet that you declined, now sign the sheet for service. I explained to another service rep. that this lease is up in a few months, and because of my low mileage I never had to rotate tires in the 20 years I have been leasing cars. This is an intimidation tactic they many dealers use to have them do unnecessary work on cars. I have been satisfied with Majestic Honda, but this is a tactic that will not and should not be accepted. Those two words that she wrote down, has now made me realized that I will not have my service work done there and I will not lease there again, trust is everything. I could have my oil change anywhere. I have contacted my 5 friend that bought or leased with majestic because of my recommendations and advised them to be on the aware of this tactic. This is why dealers get reviews like this. Perhaps this may have played a part in closing Majestic Honda in Warwick. More
so very disappointed all around ~ sales AND service I bought the 2015 accord last fall. The salesman never called to see if everything was ok. We just had our 1st service (an oil change) and to check out a couple of "noises" . We made a 9am appointment. The department was not busy at all. An hour later I checked on the car. It was sitting out in the parking lot. The mechanic was on to the next car. The guy told me that he would come get me. Nearly 1/2 hour later he finally came. My observation is that the 2 people at the service desk were chatting it up and tappity - tapping on the computer while I was waiting and my car was just sitting there. I wish I could have seen the computer screen, I swear that they were playing "Candy Crush" LOL ANYWAY, I will contrast this to the Hyundai Service that I got with my previous new vehicle. Prompt, polite service (15 min oil chng) fluids filled and a paper mat on the floor to protect it. Then an e-mail follow -up. We are pretty sure that we'll go back to Hyundai the next time. Over all the Honda is a disappointment. More

Also while waiting yesterday for the car to be repaired, I was able to check out 3 SUVs/Crossovers on the floor without any sales pressure . . . that is greatly appreciated. More

Everyone, from the service people at Majestic North who faciilitated the repair, to the collision repair center at Majestic in West Warwick, was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. More
I have 2 civics. Service always been prompt and on time, Fair prices also. Recently had spare keys a rear bumper applique applied. Only one minor problem. I attempted to purchase $402.04 worth of parts from Majestic Honda and received an email THREE (3) days later explaining that I would have to pay an additional $65 for shipping, due to irregular shape Majestic Honda and received an email THREE (3) days later explaining that I would have to pay an additional $65 for shipping, due to irregular shape of freight. I called this morning to get an explanation of why the website calculated (or miscalculated) a shipping fee and then wanted to add $65. It seemed to me to be a flaw in the system, which would be their problem, not mine. The rude employee who took my call explained that if I would have read the website, I would have seen that the shipping may vary on certain products. I explained that I did read it, and that it said specific shipping would be calculated upon checkout. The rude employee then told me again, that if I would have read the website...The website that the company runs was wrong, I paid the amount that the software calculated. I was willing to pay the difference for the shipping until I was treated like a moron from the rude employee. I will now make it a point to let everyone I know in real life and through social media my horrible experience I had with this company to try and save them the hassle. After doing some shopping around, the price was high and the customer service is non-existent. Good luck with that company model!! Now I will be monitoring my account to make sure the funds are replaced. More
