Nick Emerson and Josh Plumb showed poor customer service. They were so quick to try and sell me new tires, rather than fix my flat. Then they tried their hardest to convince me that my tire wouldn't be covered with my tire and wheel coverage. I wasted hours in their service department. More

Although I was happy with my purchase at Balise Honda, my recent experience with the Service Dept. was very disappointing. I tried to return calls that were made to me, but could only get voice mail. I finally got through and took my car in for warranty replacement of the driver's seat cushion. The next day I found a plastic fastener on the floor of the car and noticed that the seat fabric was hanging down on one corner. I had to go back the next day to have the oversight fixed. No one said "Sorry for the inconvenience" or "Thank you for coming to Balise". But they did put several gashes on the interior of my door, probably from removing the seat to replace the cushion. I won't be going back there for service. (See below for sales experience) I was very pleased with my experience at Balise Honda. The Salesperson I dealt with, Richard Brown, was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. No high pressure tactics or inflated promises. I'm very happy with my 2020 Honda Accord Sport 2.0 and will be back to Balise in the future. More
Service department have the worst staff, I had the worst experience ever, they only wants your money, DO NOT GO FOR YOUR CAR SERVICE THERE. I went asking for a battery change because I know that my battery experience ever, they only wants your money, DO NOT GO FOR YOUR CAR SERVICE THERE. I went asking for a battery change because I know that my battery died, so I asked how much are for the battery and installation, they take my car to the shop and came back after 30 min with a long list of maintenance items the total almost 1000$, I refuse it, and asked only of the battery because I will install it my self because they was going to charge me 45$ for that, after another 20 min the guy came back and wanted to charge me 68$ diagnosis charge plus the battery price, I refused to pay the 68$ and after a long debate they decided not to sell me the battery, the worst service and bad attitude. I apologize for the lengthy review but some background is needed. Long story short, don't go here for service, and don't especially don't expect help if anything in that service goes wrong. I brought my car in to get have service done per the maintenance schedule, and to get an alignment. After the service, I noticed they had charged me for the alignment even though the Honda warranty specifically states that alignments are covered for the first 12 months or 12,000 miles (my car was at 10,832 and only 8 months old). Full disclosure, my car did have one alignment earlier in the year under warranty, however my car was out of alignment again and still within the warranty period. I brought this up with the service advisors, who refused to look up Honda's warranty terms to confirm, and told me to call back later once I found it on my own. After I got home and was able to check in my warranty booklet, I called the service department back who still argued that the alignment shouldn't be covered, but they agreed to reimburse the service (approximately $110) "as compensation for the problem". After 2 weeks, I called because I still hadn't received the check, and was told it can take 6-8 weeks. This was frustrating as I had not been told this initially, but I decided to wait. Flash forward and after 8 weeks I still don't have a refund check. I called today to try to sort it out, and was told the "service manager is out, you'll have to call back after 4pm". Sure. I call back first around 4:20pm with no answer so I leave a voicemail asking for a call back. I call again around 4:45pm, am informed that the manager has left for the day and I'll have to call back tomorrow. This has been an extremely frustrating process, and one that really shouldn't have happened in the first place. From my experience, the services advisors are ill informed about the warranty terms of the vehicles their dealership sells, they are unwilling to help if you have questions about the same, and their follow-up customer service consists of kicking the can down the road. The worst part is they are walking distance from me, and have given me every reason to go somewhere else. I'll be following up again in person to resolve this. I can promise I will never bring my car there for service going forward, and will be happy to travel further to a competitor. If you are reading this as a potential customer, I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. I will try to update my review if a resolution is reached. UPDATE: After posting this review as well as some others online, I got a call back the next morning from the dealership. They were extremely apologetic, offered to mail me the check right away, and added a free 4-wheel alignment to my account. The service manager doubled down during the call that the alignment shouldn't have been covered by warranty, so I still don't think I'll be going back. Two things that didn't sit well, however, was 1) they told me a check should only take a few days at most to issue and 2) they had sent the original check to an old address of mine after I had tried to update my address in their system on two separate occasions. I'm glad I was finally able to resolve my issue, but disappointed I had to blast them online in order to get a response. I'd still encourage others to stay away from Balise Honda if you need service work done. More
My son brought his 2018 Honda in today for an oil change and they up sold him services he did not need and did not authorize. I would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Drove the car home about 15 miles and when I went to do an errand, oil light came on and the car died in an intersection. TWO weeks later and 30 hours worth of labor and I was told they got plastic in my engine. Yes they fixed it but they had my car for 2 weeks and I got nothing but attitude when my husband for I wanted to check and see what happened. I understand that mistakes happen but it is how you handle them. I was so upset about the whole ordeal and now knowing what was going on with my perfectly running car when I brought it in it made me sick. The arrogance of the service manager regarding accountability is laughable. Your people made a mistake!!!! More
Took my car in for routine oil change and the mechanic checked my transmission and never put the seal back on . We were on the highway and my car just shut down, we were lucky not to be killed. Majestic would not own up to the negligence of the mechanics mistakes. Honda nor the dealership would help me out. The service manger blamed me , a 58 year old woman, he said I touched the transmission. Needless to say my daughter wrote a review and that was the only way they called me back . The service manager asked me to take the review off. He replied to the review that they were helping me resolve the problem with Honda. No they did absolutely NOTHING to help me and I had to pay $4500 dollars out of my pocket to fix my transmission. DO NOT LET MAJESTIC HONDA DO WORK TO YOUR VEHICLE!!!!! Now they are Belise Honda . Completely misrepresented repair Went in to have a couple system alerts checked out on my Odyssey. Was told that I needed to have the spark plugs replaced (which is what I was figuri Went in to have a couple system alerts checked out on my Odyssey. Was told that I needed to have the spark plugs replaced (which is what I was figuring would be the case) and that it was $400. I asked why it was so high, and he said that the spark plugs were $40 each. I had never heard of ANY plugs costing that much, so I asked if there were other options. He said he ones I was getting were platinum plugs, and if I used iridium plugs I was going to notice a substantial decrease in performance. I decided to let them go ahead and do the repair, which went fine. However, later in the day I looked up the plugs that they gave me, and they were iridium! I emailed the service manager, and all I got was "I'm not sure why he told you they were platinum plugs." His claim of a "deal" is that they didn't charge me the diagnostic fee, which I have a feeling they wouldn't have charged me for anyway assuming they completed the service. Anyway, I called around to other Honda dealers later, and the highest price for the same plugs I got was $28. Absolute joke and ripoff. Don't get your car serviced here if you want to pay an ungodly amount for parts, and not get told exactly what they are using. More
