Jim and Kevin worked to get us into the vehicle we wanted. We gave them parameters in which we could buy a vehicle and they stuck within those parameters and never pressured us to settle for what cle wanted. We had been to previous dealerships before going to Majestic and were beginning to feel hopeless due to our less than great credit score. Again, these two sales people never made us feel bad about that score as others had and managed to get us a great financing rate. I would definately recommend this dealership. More
We appreciated the respectful sales approach versus the high pressure approach of other car dealerships. The atmosphere was friendly and accomodating by all of the staff. We were particularly impressed with the upfront price on the trade-in rather than the arguement that we got at other dealerships. My wife and I needed a new vehicle sooner rather than later to replace our large SUV. We researched on line many types of vehicles to replace the SUV. She owns a 2007 Pilot which we purchased new at Ma later to replace our large SUV. We researched on line many types of vehicles to replace the SUV. She owns a 2007 Pilot which we purchased new at Majestic North and she is very happy with it. Earlier in the day we started our search at a GM dealer to test drive a vehicle. The experience at the GM dealer was not good. It reminded me of the old "Benny's" commercial of the customer wandering the aisles saying "hello, is there anyone here". Once we found a sales person it was the typical sit wait and try to wear the customer down. The test drive was painful with the salesman in the back seat who never stopped talking. My wife and I could not discuss our opinions of the vehicle. Back at the GM dealer we sat and waited. After 30 minutes I found the salesman and said were were leaving. He changed his tune and gave a price which was inflated over the sticker to account for the rebate from GM. We left. They called us the day after we purchased our new Pilot from Majestic North and I told them they dropped the ball with poor customer service. They were not happy, to bad for them. Now the great story of Majestic North! After the nightmare experience earlier in the day we said lets go back to Majestic North because of the outstanding experience we had when we purchased her 2007 Pilot. We parked in the front and walked toward the Pilots on the lot. Right away we found a beautiful black Pilot and went inside to inquire about a test drive. The gentleman who sold us our 2007 Pilot has since retired but we were directed to Jim Fleming. Jim is a true professional and is outstanding! There was no pressure. He brought the Pilot out front for us to test drive. I asked Jim where he would like to sit for the test drive and he said "I am not going with you and your wife, see you in a little while". My wife and I set out to test the Pilot on the highway and local roads. The Pilot rode like a dream. We stopped at a local business and parked so we could inspect seating and the features of the Pilot. We fell in love with the Pilot. We drove back to Majestic North and went in to speak with Jim. While we were on the test drive all of the figures for the trade of my large SUV and the price of the new pilot were calculated and waiting for us. The great part was Jim asked me what was the price I was seeking for my large SUV in trade. I gave the minimum dollar amount I sought. There was no haggling, it was great! We sat down with Jim after the test drive and he presented the numbers to us. My wife and I had to do a double take with the unbelievable low price he had. Jim excused himself for a moment to handle a matter a the front desk. At that time my wife and I agreed that this was an unbelievable price(we had already researched prices) and we would purchase the Pilot. When Jim returned we told him we would purchase the Pilot. The whole process took less than 45 minutes. We filled out the necessary documents and left a deposit to pick it up the following day. Immediately, Jim thanked us for the purchase and chosing Majestic North again. A moment later the sales manager came and shook our hands thanking us for the purchase. Wow, it truly was outstanding customer service! My wife and I returned the next day to pick up the Pilot. Jim greeted us and took us to meet Becky to formalize all of the sales and registration documents. Beck had all of the documents ready and we were out of her office in no time flat. We met again with Jim and he presented us with the keys and manuals for the Pilot. The sales manager thanked us again for our purchase and chosing Majestic North. Jim walked outside with us. He personally thanked us again and wished us well with our new Pilot. We drove home in our new Pilot very, very happy. We would recommend Majestic North for your new vehicle because customer satisfaction is their priority. More

Top Notch! I have been buying cars here since 1991...I strayed and looked at Herb Chambers first because my sister raved about her salesman....well I wasted 3 hours of my Saturday with them. They couldn't meet my trade in or price and then tried to talk me into leasing when I do 2OK a year for mileage. I left very disappointed and discouraged. Then I decided to go back to Majestic after making a quick call and telling them what I wanted to do. I went in on a Tuesday night and after only 40 minutes I had exactly what I was hoping for and it was the most pleasant car buying experience to date. Casey quickly assessed my trade and came back with a price...no haggling! He has a great sense of humor and doesn't sit behind the big glass box! He's accessible and easy to approach. If they don't have the car you want on their lot, they will find it for you! They've done that for me my last two times! I am a two year trader and will always come back to Majestic. My salesman Jim was honest, up front, easy to talk and no BS! His goal is to make the experience a nice and easy one and he succeeded! Becky was precise, organized and my papers were signed easily. They took care of paying off my loan, registering my car and getting me all the necessary paper work within days. When I told my sister of my experience, she gave her "salesman" one more shot and then went straight to Jim. She too spoke highly of her experience, but wasn't quite ready to buy at this time, but I can bet she'll go to Majestic and never again to Herb Chambers. Majestic may be a smaller dealership than Chambers but they are heads and tails above in all other areas,(unless you want free hotdogs on the weekend, a circus like atmosphere, higher paperwork costs, and higher prices on cars, then you may be happier at Herb Chambers.)
