Took my F150 in for a brake cylinder recall. While there I asked them to check the NAV console that had been acting up. They charged me $150 for diagnosis of the NAV and when I got home I found brake fluid I asked them to check the NAV console that had been acting up. They charged me $150 for diagnosis of the NAV and when I got home I found brake fluid on my driveway. The new brake cylinder lines were leaking. I called to get a quick appointment to tighten the lines before my brakes failed and they couldn’t find a schedule opening for at least a month. Tightened the brake lines myself. I’ve lost all faith in Balise Ford Hyannis. I’ll never go back. Worst dealership service experience ever. More
Absolutely the worst experience in dealing with a dealership in my life.The service dept. left me hanging with no callbacks when leaving messages,e-mails,direct contact.It took 3 attempts to repair t dealership in my life.The service dept. left me hanging with no callbacks when leaving messages,e-mails,direct contact.It took 3 attempts to repair the vehicle and a month.Due to medical issues it was actually longer because I couldn't drive the vehicle after the 1st repair[2 weeks].I had to contact Ford Customer Care[twice] to get any answers on repair progress.This took a total of 4 weeks 6/10-7/24.I requested copies of the repair records [under warranty] from the acting service mgr. after a 45 min. meeting about the service issues experience.I was told the records need to be processed 1st due to warranty.I agreed and was asked which method I would like for them to be sent to me and I stated e-mail or USPS is fine.I left messeages during August and no response.After Labor Day I contacted Ford Customer Care again on 9/8.During the entire month of September. Ford Customer Care called me appx. every 3 days on updates trying to get these records.Finally on 10/5 I got the records e-mailed to me.Disgusting! The length of repair issue is one thing.But, the total lack of communication and lies from the service dept. is not right.Talk is cheap!I'll never step foot anywhere near this dealership again.All of this and more is documented. The service dept. is the worst. I scheduled an oil change for my truck a week ago and dropped my truck off at the scheduled time. I was told I'd receive a call when it was ready because I didn't want to wait in the waiting room due to Covid. Hours went by without a call. I called twice throughout the day and the service dept. never answered. My calls were picked-up by a very nice woman and she tried to connect with the unreachable service dept. Each time she returned and explained that she couldn't reach the non-responsive service dept. either and would leave them a message to call me back immediately so I could schedule my drop off to pick-up my truck because I needed the truck for prior commitments. I never expected, nor planned for an overnight oil change, It is now the next day and I've not received any call back and I don't have my driver to drop me off today. I will be picking up my truck this morning - whether it was serviced or not. I have no idea how I am toing to get there... More

OVERPRICED AND UNCOMPROMISED SERVICE Bought our truck from Balise Ford- 2 years later I was having bucking trouble, So brought it in thinking it was a transmission issue, They said it was Bought our truck from Balise Ford- 2 years later I was having bucking trouble, So brought it in thinking it was a transmission issue, They said it was not and fixed something else. A week later our transmission line blew and we needed a whole new line and transmission. They claimed this is a complete new issue that was not caused by them and charged us $6200.00 plus the original $1400.00 to repair the transmission. We tried to negotiate some sort sort of brake considering we had just bought the car there and it was just over the transmission warranty mileage but we got a swift- Why should we? I don't believe this was just a coincidence that the transmission line just blows .right after being serviced or if it was then the trucks they are selling are junk. Either way, STAY AWAY! More

They are the most incompetent dealership I have ever encountered. Their service absolutely is the worst. I wouldn't buy a pack of gum from these morons. Do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from Balise. They never "made it right" like they promised and after being jerked around for 6 weeks with promises of hundreds of trucks coming from auction...saw 2 that weren't worthy of purchase...I went off Cape and bought a Chevy. I wasn't happy considering my appointment was 5 hours earlier but what could i do. I didn't receive a phone call until 445 pm only for them to tell me that they couldn't fit my vehicle in and that it didn't get a service. i was irate to say the least and the woman on the phone seemed to care less that i was not happy and promptly disconnected with me...I have a warranty on my vehicle through this horrible dealership and wouldn't bring my vehicle there if i didn't...Word of advice. Stay away More

I really do. They are my local dealer. But it's impossible. Let's see: Sales: Entered the show room at least five different times and there was never a greeter in sight. One time, my eyes met a salesman and he looked away, and remained seated at his desk with nothing to do. (I am a normal looking person, by the way.) Girlfriend tried to buy an Escape. Price came in $3000 more than a comparably equipped RAV 4. Guess what she bought? Parts counter: I was 10 feet away from the guy, his eyes were pointed 90 degrees form me and he had no idea that I was even waiting for him, until I said, "hello?"after a few minutes. Then, he couldn't tell me what kind of oil I should use in my Ford, without a VIN. Service: No idea what to tell me about spare tire holder rot on my Ranger, only the most common problem they have. Witnessed a guy welding a police cruiser exhaust, with sparks hitting the late model car in the next bay. Made an appointment to have my dangerous air bag replaced, after waiting a LONG time for them to become experienced with the recall. Appointment was at 7:00 am. At NOON, they called and told me they didn't have the part and didn't know when they would get it, with a very half-hearted "Sorry." Found my truck parked outside, unlocked; and this is not the best neighborhood. I mean, are these people for real? Ford should be ashamed of themselves to allow them as dealers. I wanted to speak to the manager, at 2;00 in the afternoon on a Thursday. Manager Damon wasn't even in the building and wouldn't be for two hours. Just in time to close the place. I will never go back there again, ever. Even the Ford sign out front is low to the ground, like it is hiding from something. Unbelievable. More
