I'm in sales and I hate buying cars. My salesperson, Davis, was incredibly helpful. He LISTENED to what I was looking for in a car and did not try to put me in a car that was more car than I needed. Came in for a last minute oil change I needed for my boss' vehicle and they were able to fit me in without an appointment. Even though it is a Ford Dealership, they had no problems working on my boss' L boss' vehicle and they were able to fit me in without an appointment. Even though it is a Ford Dealership, they had no problems working on my boss' Lexus SUV. After driving it to to Boston from the Cape the next day, I realized it needed an alignment as it would wobble and veer to the left when over 50 MPH. I used the mobile website and was able to book an appointment with a couple clicks. They got me right in the next day and even gave me a shuttle to the mall. After 30 minutes I got a call to let me know a rotate and balance was recommended as the tires were wearing in the front. I think it took 1.5 hr total and they had me in and out! Can't say thanks enough. Will be back for more service here. Great location and prices! More
