(I had totally forgotten about it) In addition, the service department found another warranty problem, and promptly fixed all issues to my complete satisfaction. Initially inquired about new 2014 Ford Edge via online and immediately received a call from Fred. I subsequently visited the dealership in a few days and asked for Fred who was knowledgeable about the veh and immediately received a call from Fred. I subsequently visited the dealership in a few days and asked for Fred who was knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to lease and handled the return of my 2011 Ford Edge and the processing of my new 2014 Ford Edge and actually left with my new vehicle on the same day. I bought a new Ford Mustang for retirement in September of 2011 and planned extensive travel. I have a very old truck so I covered the car in the winter to avoid any damage to the Mustang and drove the tru of 2011 and planned extensive travel. I have a very old truck so I covered the car in the winter to avoid any damage to the Mustang and drove the truck in the snow. Now it is October 2013 and there are only 11,000 miles on the Mustang because I didn't dare take it cross country. The doors fill with water; the windows are stained and can't be cleaned; and it is being painted tomorrow, at my expense, because it is rusty and Balise Ford of Hyannis MA won't honor any aspect of the warranty. Everyone at the dealership is programmed to say that the warranty is not being honored because of environmental reasons. I was told that my warranty was voided because I have trees on my property and because of acid rain--( that doesn't affect my 17 year old Toyota truck parked in the same driveway). The dealership was fine until I said I had warranty issues. I figured there was something they didn't like about me until I read the other reviews relating terrible treatment of customers at that dealership. My last attempt to reason with the dealership in August 2013 was met with the worst and rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I really can't believe they are in business! More
Quick Lane for 15K service was as name implies---QUICK ....and also inexpensive. Coffee great also. I sat and watched the service and caught up with my daily e-mails.
