Awful sales team, especalliy the general sales manager I went into the dealership with the intention of purchasing a new Ford F150 but after being ignored and treated disrespectfully and rudely by the gen I went into the dealership with the intention of purchasing a new Ford F150 but after being ignored and treated disrespectfully and rudely by the general sales manager, I left the store. Between my wife and myself we have purchased three cars/trucks from Balise Ford or Balise Nissan and have had all vehicles serviced at respective dealers and that's all in the last six years, an average of a new vehicle every two years! We felt we have been loyal customers, so I don't know what changes have taken place with the sales staff, especially management but it is not for the better More
