And very pleasant to talk to. I purchased a new mustang from Jeff at balise ford and the sale went so smoothly. I left there with a big smile and very satisfied. I will buy there again. Joe c. More

However, the General Manager, (I think his name was Jason) was another story. Yelling and screaming at sales people, throwing things, swearing at people. I am not sure where they found this guy, but they should probably send him back. After listening to the tirade, I quickly left. I will not buy from a place that employs someone like that. More
Worst service ever Got nothing but lip service and empty promises from these people after saying they would find me a new truck after not being able to fix the lemon the Got nothing but lip service and empty promises from these people after saying they would find me a new truck after not being able to fix the lemon they sold me a year ago. They are the most incompetent dealership I have ever encountered. Their service absolutely is the worst. I wouldn't buy a pack of gum from these morons. Do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from Balise. They never "made it right" like they promised and after being jerked around for 6 weeks with promises of hundreds of trucks coming from auction...saw 2 that weren't worthy of purchase...I went off Cape and bought a Chevy. Very Bad General Manager When I decided to lease rather than purchase a brand new Ford F-150 from Balise Ford in Hyannis I traded a GMC Canyon that was only about a year old t When I decided to lease rather than purchase a brand new Ford F-150 from Balise Ford in Hyannis I traded a GMC Canyon that was only about a year old therefore I ended up with about $12,000 in equity after paying off the loan on the GMC. Balise did not immediately return the equity money to me at the time of sale, instead they held onto my money for over two weeks before giving me a check for what they owed me. I approached the GM about the delay and he told me that because they haven't received the Title for the GMC they did not own it therefore they had to wait for it to give me the equity money. I was confused since some of the GMC equity money was used to make a down payment on the new F-150. When I asked the GM about this he said they were doing me a favor by loaning me the down payment money until the title cleared, that way I could drive away with the new vehicle. "AMAZING" a loan! WHO KNEW! When my equity money finally arrived I kiddingly asked the GM if there was interest added to the check for the two weeks that they had my money, The GM Damen Massey said WHAT INTEREST? THERE'S NO INTEREST IN THAT CHECK! I replied by saying the when I see the owner of the dealership again I will let him know that I don't think that holding customers equity money is a good idea. At this point the GM stated in a loud voice that I would have to go to xxxx to find the owner since he had passed away about two years ago. HE walked away from me ranting and raving how I don't even know the owner, weather I do or weather don't is besides the point, I don't believe that insulting a customer is the way to resolve a complaint or concern. Not to mention that the GM Damon Massey thinks that the dealership owner is in xxxx. AMAZING! This is only one of the many issues I had with this dealer. I suggest that anyone looking to buy a new ford vehicle avoid this dealer at all cost! More

Needing to trade in that vehicle (which was a great vehicle) due to lifestyle changes) I went back to talk to Wayne about the probabilty of trading and buying another vehicle from them first. As usual, I was provided legitimate informative information about quite a few particulars, options and advantages that has left me very satisfied and without any buyers remorse.I am happy to say that they do not put any undue pressure on their customers, which makes it easier to concentrate and focus on the vehicle details, that I am concerned about. They also gave me a very fair trade in value, without alot of haggling which was a big concern to me when I buy a vehicle. Before I bought my first vehicle from Wayne at Balise Ford I stated to Wayne that I want to deal with him (one person) when I had to come back for service or any normal problems that usually occur with any the vehicle. Wayne gave me "his word" that for as long as he was employed there I could always come to him and that he would take me to the service department and make sure that any concerns were heard the first time, and I did not get stuck in the middle of having to deal with people in any department that I did not know. True to his word Wayne "listened" to my mechanical issues and took my out back and introduced me to the servive manager and everything was worked out just fine.It has been my experience now that Balise and their employees really do provide "old day" customer service and that is why I did my best to buy this second vehicle for them. I also would like to take a momement to extend my appreciation to Tom McCarthy in the service deptartment for helping me out with my Escape and my F150 by taking the time to listen to what I a had to report on what was going on when I brought my vehicle issues to his attention. Thank you Balise Ford, Denny O'Neil More

I wasn't happy considering my appointment was 5 hours earlier but what could i do. I didn't receive a phone call until 445 pm only for them to tell me that they couldn't fit my vehicle in and that it didn't get a service. i was irate to say the least and the woman on the phone seemed to care less that i was not happy and promptly disconnected with me...I have a warranty on my vehicle through this horrible dealership and wouldn't bring my vehicle there if i didn't...Word of advice. Stay away More

I did not get as much for my trade as I wanted or enough money off the price that I wanted but I liked the truck and made the deal with the stipulation that they repair rust that was starting to show on the rear wheel wells. Less than six months later the rust is back. I brought it back to Wayne Kendrick the sales manager and all he would do was tell me he would tell the body shop off Cape about it but did not offer to fix it. I asked what the body shop name is and he said it didn't matter. I do know a repair should last more than 6 months unless they instructed the body shop to sand and spray it just for the sale instead of making sure all the rust was gone before painting. I also replaced a passenger side mirror that had to be painted. Myself and the parts guy went to great lengths to make sure that we got the correct paint code so that the body shop would paint it the correct color and sent that code with mirror to the body shop. The mirror was came back painted the wrong color. More

They say they stand behind their products and inspect them thoroughly. They have done nothing to help me in the situation and I know for a fact these issues could have been resolved in a thorough inspection of the vehicle. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anybody. Chatham Ford is a much better help and very understanding and that is where I take all of my business now. I will never step foot in Balise Ford of Cape Cod ever again. More
