There are a number of lawsuits against Ford for this model and a defective transmission that needs very expensive transmission work every year and a half at most. The dealership will do nothing to right their wrong and the manager, Paul, is the most subhuman, disrespectful brat I have ever seen. His demeanor is like something out of a horror movie. Cold, uncaring thief. My advice to anyone would be to stay away from this dealership. They committed fraud selling me the known to be defective vehicle and I was clearly swindled. They will take your money, you will drive off in a junk and they will stand there laughing at you. These people destroy lives. STAY AWAY! THESE PEOPLE ARE COLOSSAL CROOKS! More

From the point forward it has been a string of broken promises. We were promised a credit back on our deposit ($1,000), a refund of $895 (for a mistake on the bill of sale) and 1/2 refund of the doc prep fee. Fourteen days after we paid for our van, this children's charity has not received a dime and the salesperson hasn't responded to the last email we sent five days ago. The bill of sale had the incorrect model vehicle listed, the RMV-1 had an incorrect address, the business manager did not understand a tax exempt purchase and gave us a tax exempt form for resale, the financial mis-adventures with our owed credits all soured us on the experience. Great Transit cargo van, excellent pricing but that's where the happy story ends. Hearing nothing but crickets from the dealership looks like our next stop is the Attorney General. Balise Motor Sales is a generally reputable automotive group. The general manager of this dealership should be fired for the incompetent back-office operation there. More

GM was extremely rude My girlfriend was looking to buy a vehicle from Balise Ford, she was literally ready to sign the papers and close the deal. We talked with Susan, a salesperson who was very nice and professional. She allowed a test drive, and when we returned to the dealership I noticed a lot of scratches/scrapes to the truck. Shortly there after, the General Manager came around wondering why I had problems with the truck. I informed him of the vehicle's issues, and Jasen O'Neil (GM) almost immediately became aggressive towards me. He stood within a foot of me, speaking very loudly and seemingly trying to intimidate me. I pointed out issues with the paint job, to which he continued to yell and basically call me a liar. Upon closer inspection, Jasen noticed and agreed the issues with the paint were real. This continued on multiple occasions, (the yelling, aggressive posture, suggesting I was lying to him) to which he would admit there were issues every time I pointed something out to him. Jasen was so hot headed, and mad that he even talked down to his sales person Sue. We were so upset and blown away by this gentleman, that we walked away never to return. I truly feel sorry for Susan , as she had a guaranteed sale until her General Manager Jasen O'Neil ruined everything with his temper. More
