Worst car buying experience. Very clear I wanted a particular truck. Sales director texted and said they will hold it as I was first to call with definite interest. Given name of sales manager assuring I’ll be looked after. Got caught up in work and texted her what I wanted to do and asked If she could run some numbers. Said she couldn’t so I asked her what she could do. Nada. Gave her a few hours to reply then texted her again to ask if she managed to work out what she could do. Standard negotiation, right? Get a four word text back. “truck was just sold”. No sorry. I couldn’t do what you asked. Just ghosted. Contacted sales director with just a lame excuse where it was clear I communicated I could not be in that night as got caught in Chatham and there was a clear question and no reply. She sold it for speed and it’s cost them future custom, a poor reputation (The cape is a small community) and this poor review for the sake of clear communication. First impressions count and this is poor. I asked for it to be escalated only to be contacted by the overall manager who said he would call back and failed to. You have my number and I’m still waiting for your call, text and email. All of which you have. I think the phrase is don’t poop on your own doorstep... Still waiting so I can hopefully delete this review... More

OVERPRICED AND UNCOMPROMISED SERVICE Bought our truck from Balise Ford- 2 years later I was having bucking trouble, So brought it in thinking it was a transmission issue, They said it was Bought our truck from Balise Ford- 2 years later I was having bucking trouble, So brought it in thinking it was a transmission issue, They said it was not and fixed something else. A week later our transmission line blew and we needed a whole new line and transmission. They claimed this is a complete new issue that was not caused by them and charged us $6200.00 plus the original $1400.00 to repair the transmission. We tried to negotiate some sort sort of brake considering we had just bought the car there and it was just over the transmission warranty mileage but we got a swift- Why should we? I don't believe this was just a coincidence that the transmission line just blows .right after being serviced or if it was then the trucks they are selling are junk. Either way, STAY AWAY! More

They dented my truck I took my truck to have a recall delt with along with a oil change. I cant belive they have such disrespect for someone elses property. I will never be giving any more service to Balise Ford. More
