I am 59 yrs old and have purchased a number of new cars over the last 35 years. The sales associate, Jim Pirro, was outstanding. I walked into the showroom on a cold February Sunday afternoon simply to look at new cars. I told him him immediately I was not there to buy a car but just wanted to look at the Ford Explorer Limited. He immediately took me to one and showed me all of the features and benefits in detail. We spent about a half hour together and he said to call him when I was ready to look more seriously. No hard sell, just friendly information. I went back 2 months later and hooked up with Jim. No advance appointment, just walked in and saw him. We took a car for a test drive and again went over all of the features of the car. We then got down to negotiating. It was very easy. Again no hard sell and no games. They made an offer on my trade vehicle and I made an offer on the new vehicle. Within the next 30 minutes we had reached agreement on a price. Jim and his manager, Charles Dansby were very professional and courteous during the negotiation process. It truly was a very pleasant car buying experience. Since then, I have told many friends and family about my experience with Balise Ford of Wilbraham. When my wife or myself are ready to buy another car, we will once again go to Balise Ford of Wilbraham. They have my respect and they have more than earned the right for my business. More

I am very pleased to say that everyone at Balise Ford in Wilburham, MA is very friendly and kind. We entered the showroom and was greeted by a cheerful young lady and she proceeded to guide us to the next a Wilburham, MA is very friendly and kind. My husband and I were then greeted with a smile and a hand shake by our salesman Greg Bansfield. He then proceeded to take my husband and I on a test drive of a Ford Fusion SE Hybrid. This was a car we had been looking at for quite some time. Greg has answered all our questions regarding the car and if it was a question he was not sure of he was very pleased to get the answer for us. Which may have been only one or possibly two questions he could not answer. Once we were done with the test drive and ready to negotiate a price he was pleased to make sure we were comfortable getting us coffee/water before we got started. While we were waiting for the financing to be approved Greg again was pleased to make us feel comfortable. He is an extremely pleasant salesman to work with. We were extremely extremely surprised how well everyone worked together and we able to drive home our 2014 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid. My husband and I had visited a nearby dealership the day before and were so turned off by the lack of effort put forth and knowledge displayed by the salesman. Visiting Balise was like night and day. We walked into their gorgeous showroom and were given a warm welcome by Ralph. He quickly found the vehicle we were interested in and brought it inside so we wouldn't have to stand out in the cold- very impressive! Although we had done extensive research on the Escape, his thorough overview was able to teach us so much more! After going for a nice, no-pressure and relaxed test drive, he sat with us and went over all of the interior features and answered any question we had. After we worked out a reasonable deal and the sale was final he was still extremely helpful and looked into any question we had. I am so grateful we made the trip to Balise so we were able to have such a great experience that such a big purchase deserves!
