Balise isn't honest I went to Balise to trade my car in (which I bought from them), I picked the one I wanted, after a couple of hours I was told I had the car and I coul I went to Balise to trade my car in (which I bought from them), I picked the one I wanted, after a couple of hours I was told I had the car and I could take it home that night. It was decided that I wouldn't take it until the next day so it could be detailed and inspected. They called my ins co and switched the coverage to the new car. Another sales man came out and congratulated me. Come morning, Ryan called me and told me I didn't have the car, he now said I needed a co signer. Later I called Ryan, but got his answering machine. I left a message but never got a return call. Two things..... you don't tell someone they have the car if you don't know for sure.....you don't change their car ins until their ready to leave the lot with the car, had I gotten into an accident, I wouldn't have been covered. I would not recommend doing business with them, they really don't seem to know what their doing! More

Deceitful on services required and over charging Due to mild overheating had thermostat replaced day before by local shop. After 8 hours of waiting and no courtesy call from shop advising me of diagnosis, I called them directly only to be disgusted. Service rep said it would be approximately $1400 and that is was required that I also replace the thermostat. I Advised Wayne that I would contact bbb and consumer protection based on his deceitful behavior to sell me parts and services I did not need. Of course their was complete awkward silence. Subsequently recieved call from manager infirming me of a complete other diagnosis and options on prices. Not once did i recieve an apology for the unprofessional and unethical misconduct. I would strongly recommend against anyone wasting their time or money at this dealer. More
