My experience with Baldwin has been extremely disappointing. My car was there for nearly 10 months for a recall repair, and when I finally got it back, I realized they had broken parts on it and disappointing. Very much not pleased with the dealership. I went in to get a second key for my used truck and get the code for the door. I also had a parking sensor code. They charged me twice for diagnostic I went in to get a second key for my used truck and get the code for the door. I also had a parking sensor code. They charged me twice for diagnostics after the mechanic told me they could check those with one hook up. They said there was prior damage to the front and it would be $1000 to repair. The truck is still under warranty. I understand not fixing other issues but double charging for diagnostic. When I got home I found a loose plug that was it. A total scam. More
