The oil change and recall time was extremely long. But that is not what makes this so poor. It was the fact that one of the people working in the service department brought my car up but did not come But that is not what makes this so poor. It was the fact that one of the people working in the service department brought my car up but did not come find me even as I was the only one in the waiting room. I finally looked and saw my car ready after 3.5 hours and went to see about checking out. I mentioned this to the service manager and then the one person that was supposed to let me know that my car was ready tried to say she had tried looking for me even as I was the only person in the lobby. Basically I called her out on her lie and I ended up wasting precious time waiting for my car. If as she claims I was not there, I also never received a phone call or text stating my vehicle was east for pickup. That alone makes me want to never bring my car in again. On top of that my driver’s door lug nuts have consistently been loose plus the door makes a creaking sound. I mentioned this when I brought the car in and they didn’t address it. More
