Routine maintenance for my 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Excellent customer service. They explained everything, finished quickly and returned my car sparkling clean. They only did what was necessary and did not pressure me about doing anything above what I came for. Bakersfield Mazda did all the service on my 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander when the service departments were consolidated into one. When I bought the 2014, Mitsubishi reopened their service department. After 3 years I was increasingly unhappy with them for several reasons. Mazda was happy to have me back and I know I made the right decision. More

Outstanding Customer Service Kristina was very helpful as she explained to me the type of service I was needing to be done to my car. Great Salesmanship!! I went in not knowing what I wanted or if I’d even find anything but I because of the great salesmanship I was able to find a car I wanted.
