I went in for an airbag recall and got a free car wash, complimentary treats, and a friendly environm Holy mother of God I am so proud to own a Mazda! I went in for an airbag recall and got a free car wash, complimentary treats, and a friendly environment. The workers there were extremely caring and nice. Especially the front desk girls, and the guy who washed my car!! I had a really ugly paint stain and he took it off for free! He was really persistant on how clean I wanted my car and it showed that he was determined to make MY CAR look nice! (I wish I remembered his name :'() It shows that Bakersfield Mazda cares about it's customers and wants them to keep Comming back. Next time I come back, I will be switching my Mazda 6 for a Mazda Miata :). More

It was fast and easy. I had no waiting time, I was taken to my home using the complimentary shuttle( I loved it!) and the car was done within an hour just as they promised!
