Maintenance check My appointment was at 0740. As soon as I drove up, Cory checked me in, directed me to the lobby to wait for my shuttle to take me to work all in a spa My appointment was at 0740. Brakes were not completed to my satisfaction I am not happy with the brake job that was just completed on my last visit. The previous Saturday I brought my car in for a regular service, ie oil ch I am not happy with the brake job that was just completed on my last visit. The previous Saturday I brought my car in for a regular service, ie oil change, fluid levels, inspection for any other issues...When the maintenance had been completed Cory Felix advised me that during the inspection the mechanic found that I needed to have the front brakes replaced, nothing wrong with the rotors, just the brakes. I made an appointment to take my car in the following Saturday for the brake replacement, Cory wasn't there, Aldo was the service person. After about 2 hrs of waiting Aldo came into the break room and told me they could not get the rotors shaved down or something and wanted to know if I wanted them replaced for $150, I said no, he then said they could do it for $110, I said no and told him I had just had the brakes checked a week ago and Cory said there was nothing wrong with the rotors. When Aldo came back in after finishing my car he said the rotors did turn out to be ok after all and he would knock a little off my bill because I had waited so long, the original quote was 289.99, I paid 281. After driving off in my car I could not tell any difference in the brakes before I brought the car in, I truly am wondering if they were even replaced. I am very unhappy about the service and what felt like some shady dealings with the service person. I don't like feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. I am relying on the service person to be honest because they are supposed to be the experts. More
