Car was serviced for wheel berring replacement The service was very expensive, over $1500. But the work was done by Mazda experts and they provided me with a courtesy shuttle and eventually a court The service was very expensive, over $1500. But the work was done by Mazda experts and they provided me with a courtesy shuttle and eventually a courtesy car for 3 days, while they worked on my car. Although it was expensive- they did what they could to help me (transportation) and I am certain the work was done well. They also were very good about communicating with me anout the status of my car. They sent updates and that was very important to me- to know that they were keeping me updated with what was going on. Everyone very helpful and friendly. We had a misunderstanding at my 5k oil warranty change for my Mazda 3. By the time I left it was cleared up and I drove away in a brand new lease! A 2018 CX-5 much more suited to my needs of every day life. My dealer Melisa was the sweetest person I think I have ever met. My mother was with me and she was likewise impressed with her and how she tried to fight for us and made us so at ease. More
Lies and rude costumer service rep. service dept sucks. Representatives (Cory, Jesus) are extremely rude. Brought couple people who was interested in buying a vehicle, they witnessed how service dept sucks. Representatives (Cory, Jesus) are extremely rude. Brought couple people who was interested in buying a vehicle, they witnessed how rude representatives are, they ended up backing out and went to a different dealership. I will never step a foot in this dealership. Nor suggest to get your vehicle serviced here. More

He is always pleasant and has never turned m away when I needed help, questions answered, or any other service needs. Told where to pull up. Asked my name and reason for visit. Was my New Cars first check up. Only 2153 miles on it. Then he directed me where to go and wait. Very nice atmosphere. Was nice and clean; Saw Bart up in the "Bull Pen"; who over sees the other Salesmen. Always has a few kind words for me when I go in. This is the 2nd Mazda3 I have had. The other I only had a few weeks, totaled it before the first payment. All the Salesmen were very sympathetic as I was still pretty banged up from the Air Bag Blowing and Seat Belt. ( It was a freak accident; I was making a legal U-Turn and didn't clear the island; as I went over it, it threw the car out of control. Sort of spun me around. I slammed on the acclerater rather than the brake and hit a stop light at quite an impact. The rest is History. No broken bones; just bruises ad pride. More
