Excellent Parts and Service The dashboard of our 2011 Mazda 3 had swelled and failed. The car is out of warranty but Mazda fixed it at their cost anyway. I purchased my very 1st new car here from Bakersfield Mazda a brand New Mazda 6. I recently took my care into there Service Dept. for an Oil Change, from the time I got there until the time I left it was an overall pleasurable experience. The Service Advisors Catrina & Bryan made sure that they kept good communication and contact with me about what time my vehicle would be ready, they also offered me a Courtsey Shuttle. The Customer Service was excellent, and since I have sent (3) friends since that have bought cars here also.
