Never again. Would personally NEVER purchase another vehicle from this Mazda dealer again. At the time of the purchase, I was told that I would get an OEM set of f Would personally NEVER purchase another vehicle from this Mazda dealer again. At the time of the purchase, I was told that I would get an OEM set of floor mats, the windows tinted and a coin holder pocket since it was missing. After the purchase: the floor mats were promised arrive a week later which I never received after contacting the salesman and dealer over and over, I was given a personal check to tint the windows which ended up bouncing and then had a fee to pay for and the salesman went to another Mazda, took the coin holder pocket that didn't even match my interior color, handed it to me and told me to, "just paint it." One thing is for sure, always get everything on paper and signed, you can NOT trust these people nor do they care about what you have to say. My girlfriend recently mentioned wanting to purchase a new Mazda3 hatchback and had to talk her out of not going to this place. As you can tell by the review rating, this place is one not to visit. If you do, good luck; I truly wish you the best of luck!!! More

Salesmen were snakes I had made a deal to purchase the used vehicle that Mario was surrendering the night before. I came back the next morning to see the car during the daytime. They couldn't find it. I was looking to purchase a vehicle so I looked at the new ones. I found one with a sunroof, but wanted one without one because I never used the one I had before. They said they had one but couldn't find it so they would give me the one with the sunroof for the the same price. That didn't happen. Who walks into a dealership to buy a car expecting to pay full price? All these guys wanted to talk about was my monthly payment. When I got to finance I paid full price for a car with a sunroof. Were they interested in giving me a deal? #@!! NO. Don't buy a vehicle from this place. Shop out of town. More

I had been searching for a new car for months, and lets face it my credit isn't excellent but good. When I came into Bakersfield Mazda I was greeted at the door by a nice gentlemen named Carlos Hernandez h face it my credit isn't excellent but good. When I came into Bakersfield Mazda I was greeted at the door by a nice gentlemen named Carlos Hernandez he showed me exactly what I was looking for which was the CX9. I test drove it and after all the different features were explained to and shown to me, I knew this was the car I wanted. I was then walked over to finance where a nice lady named Maria helped me with all my paperwork and then I was out the door with my New Car yay!!! I have bought a new car before and I must say Bakersfield Mazda made this process really smooth and pretty fast. I received a phone 2 days later from a very helpful woman in Customer Service and she made and appt. with me to come in and pick up a free gift so awesome and I made my 1st service appt. so yes you could say I am one happy customer!!! I recently took my care into there Service Dept. for an Oil Change, from the time I got there until the time I left it was an overall pleasurable experience. The Service Advisors Catrina & Bryan made sure that they kept good communication and contact with me about what time my vehicle would be ready, they also offered me a Courtsey Shuttle. The Customer Service was excellent, and since I have sent (3) friends since that have bought cars here also.
