Usually i have good service, this last time I needed my back brakes replaced. I was told, the time before that, that my rear brakes needed replacing, so when i took my car in on 3/16. the wrong brakes wer back brakes replaced. Took my car in on Monday for an oil change, Thursday my car had a whole new set of problems and had to be taken back. Called at 3 pm today for an update as I haven’t been contacted and was told I’d receive car had a whole new set of problems and had to be taken back. Called at 3 pm today for an update as I haven’t been contacted and was told I’d receive one via call back from servicer. 2 hours later, after not receiving an update I call back and was told my car is ready for pick up and they will be open until 5:50pm. I wasn’t given an actual update on what is wrong with my car and what was done. It’s past 5:30pm so clearly picking up my car is not an option as I was given such short notice and won’t make it before closing. More
