Took the car in for an oil change and waited in the lounge area thinking it would not take more than one hour. Once the car was completed, no one told me and I waited for over 2 hours. Finally had to lounge area thinking it would not take more than one hour. Once the car was completed, no one told me and I waited for over 2 hours. Finally had to ask about the car. That's when I was told I would need brakes on the front and could I wait for the repair. By that time, I needed to leave and made another appointment for the brakes. Hopefully the brake repair will not take that long. Keeping the client informed should be of great importance to Hyundai if you want the clients to return. More
