The dealership needs to improve communication habits with the customer. I was left in the dark as the status of my car. No phone call was made to update me on the status of the car. My wife called a differen the customer. I was left in the dark as the status of my car. No phone call was made to update me on the status of the car. My wife called a different service advisor and got notice the car had to stay overnight. This was at or near closing time. This communication is not acceptable. I should not have to call to find out the status. If there is excellent customer service the service advisor would call to inform me at every step of the process. This did not happen in my case. Customer Service these days is lost art form. More
