5 stars to EVERYONE I came in contact with when I purchased my New 2023 Tucson!! Everyone was so nice, and polite. I even went to the service department asking questions they answered my questions an purchased my New 2023 Tucson!! Everyone was so nice, and polite. I even went to the service department asking questions they answered my questions and they were so nice. When my car came out from being detailed, Jose Galvan went over everything with me and answered all my questions, I did not feel rushed at all. Everyone was so patient with me. More

I don't mind recommending it mildly, mainly because where else would someone go with a Hyundai that they bought here? That said, while Gilbert Garcia was wonderful, personable and did great. After he left for his lunch, the next person told me my car was in the parking lot, or "should be," and just left me to go find it. I could not. A kind older gentlemen from Hyundai tried to help me find it in the lot, could not initially, went to the back with my key, came back, and found my car and waved me to the general area (as far from the waiting area as could be). He handed me my keys and I walked out there into the vast domain of the parking area, searching, but my white Hyundai Ioiq looks like every other car there, five in a row on the front row. I kept pressing my alarm button and eventually heard the beep. I had found my car!! My previous dealerships always brought the car to me with the keys, so I never had to search like this before. It strikes me as either bad customer service or a bad system. The service itself, just a 5 point inspection, was fine, though it did take more than two hours for a very simple check, and I had an appointment. The car still works anyway. More
