Adrienne was spectacular, always has been, but the dealership themselves had me pay $700 for a service that shouldn’t have taken that long. Fantastic service! !! Joey Cortez was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns about me needing my car checked out to see what was wrong. Even though he stated tha !! Even though he stated that they probably wouldn’t be able to get to it that day, he sped up the process and had the service department get it checked out that very same day since I had told him that I couldn’t be without a car. Bakersfield Hyundai took the best care of me. The representatives were all friendly and gave me a big smile each time they walked passed me. Tyler was very friendly each time he spoke with me and The representatives were all friendly and gave me a big smile each time they walked passed me. Tyler was very friendly each time he spoke with me and offered me a cold water as soon as I arrived. Another representative, Joey, passed me on three occasions and made sure I was being helped as it was busy in the office on that day. Overall, service was amazing and they even gave me my car back with an exterior wash! More
