Adrienne was very professional and answered all my questions. However, I was not completely happy with my service. I made an appointment for 7:30 am and was not notified of the status of my car until questions. However, I was not completely happy with my service. I finally texted Adrienne around 2 pm to get an update on my vehicle. She replied an hour later stating that they are extremely busy servicing other cars from last week and they will get to everyone's car accordingly. I wish she had communicated that they would be keeping my car all day due to them being behind when I dropped off my vehicle that morning so I could have made transportation arrangements. I was really frustrated that I made an appointment two weeks prior and my car was not inspected until the end of the day. Once my car was inspected Adrienne notified me and explained the issues with my vehicle and set me up with a rental car for the amount of days it took them to repair my vehicle. More
