Outstanding Service 1991! I’ve only had to buy 2 vehicles since 1991 and I wish I didn’t let my friend Fred, talk me in into selling my 1991 Integra that I bought brand spankin I’ve only had to buy 2 vehicles since 1991 and I wish I didn’t let my friend Fred, talk me in into selling my 1991 Integra that I bought brand spankin’ new for $10,999 back in the day. I never took it anywhere else except the dealership (except for tires), and when I traded in for my brand new 2007 RDX turbo, it was still cherry 🍒! Fred, the retired Superior Acura (The Dealership name and ownership have changed, but The Superstar Sales Manager, Dave, is back with the newest incarnation of it and always makes sure that the customer is 100% pleased with the quality and value of the repair) sales associate said that he sold the ‘91 to an elderly pastor, but it probably ended up at Famoso Raceway with Nitrous Oxide and a parachute. I digress. In order to make sure that history did not repeat itself, I had my turbocharger, which went out after 160,000 miles after I bought it from the Bakersfield Dealership showroom in 2007, With no appointment, I had the car back in 2 days, compete with a full detail and steam cleaning at no cost that didn’t cost much more than the factory, USA 🇺🇸 part with a 3 year guarantee!!! Now it drives better than the day I purchased it and it looks like new! I barely have to step on the gas petal and it takes off! JOSE Arredondo, the new owner, who has contributed a great deal of time and money to thousands of students in Kern County, continues the tradition of excellence of the excusive Acura Dealership in Buck Owens, Merle Haggard, and Mento Buru Country! Shout out to Alejandro (Alex), the service writer who coordinated the entire service procedure. He was highly respectful, pleasant, helpful, and genuinely concerned with providing me the best possible service at a reasonable price. More

Oil change I was going out of town and needed to get my oil changed. I was greeted by a friendly service man and he had me wait inside while they got it done. Great service, Omar was awesome. I just needed to change my wife’s MDX oil and check the breaks. Omar had the technicians check the breaks and there was nothing wrong with them. Quick service, great people I was told we’d be waiting around 1.5 hrs for my oil change and all the inspections needed for my vehicle, but I waited half that time. While doing so, I was eye-ing a new vehicle that I may be trading my “old” one for in a few months. Bakersfield Acura has impeccable service that it makes it hard to leave the company! More
