The feedback I have is that I'm always having to wait for hours even though I have an appointment. It's very discouraging and makes me not want to continue service with you. Made an appointment with Yamet for a service that was due on our Pathfinder….Yamet was ready for us as soon as we drove up. Amiee and Jacob were also on the drive to greet us. Service was completed in under on our Pathfinder….Yamet was ready for us as soon as we drove up. Amiee and Jacob were also on the drive to greet us. Service was completed in under 1.5 hours was made aware of a couple of maintenance items that needed to be addressed while conducting the multi point inspection took care of those and we were on our way. I believe Tyler Pham was the tech that took care of our vehicle and did an excellent job as usual. While we were waiting I spoke with Tyler Heim in the parts department about some additional accessories that we wanted got some pricing and we will take care of that on the next trip. Thanks guys…..
