Upon arriving on the lot, not a single sales person came out of the building to assist. When I did finally find someone in the used car area it seemed as if they did not want to leave the air-conditioning. out of the building to assist. At no point was I offered help. I already owned a Mercedes and have it serviced at this acidity, but his experience left a really bad impression on the entire sales team. Very disappointed in Baker and will not be a repeat customer. More
I recently brought my 2021 Mercedes GLE 350 into Baker to have it serviced and I was SUPER impressed with the service I received from my new service advisor, Ricky! So impressed that I knew I needed to jump have it serviced and I was SUPER impressed with the service I received from my new service advisor, Ricky! So impressed that I knew I needed to jump on here and write it publicly! Ricky was incredibly friendly and professional, answered ALL of my questions (and I had A LOT), texted me with updates as my car was being serviced, chatted with me after the service to explain what all was done and helped explain when to schedule future services! I left feeling like I had an advocate in the service department, which was SUCH a nice feeling! Ricky, thank you for your excellent service! Baker did a great thing when they hired you! More
This is the worst dealership for a first time experience. I took my car in for a trim replacement on the right side of the car and got it back with the exact trim on the left side missing. The manager ask I took my car in for a trim replacement on the right side of the car and got it back with the exact trim on the left side missing. The manager ask for a photo of the missing trim, so I emailed a photo because I live 2 hours from the dealership. The manager told me that he would give me a call back to replace the trim, he never did, I called him numerous times however he never took any of my calls. The service dept. Would put me on hold and never come back to the call, it's been a year now and I still haven't heard anything from the dealership or its manager. I do not recommend this dealership to any Mercedes-Benz owner!!! More
Excellent and professional experience with Valerie, she made leasing my New GLA 250 fun and exciting. Answered all of my questions and spent a great deal of time teaching me all about the car. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. I love my 2021 GLE, Rola was helpful and found me the exact color combo I wanted. She set expectations about how much time it would take to do the paperwork. The sales manage was helpful and found me the exact color combo I wanted. She set expectations about how much time it would take to do the paperwork.
