Worst communication of any service department I’ve dealt with and didn’t complete the work. My car was at Baker Infiniti for over 5 weeks waiting on a part that was on back order. Phone calls and texts we with and didn’t complete the work. My car was at Baker Infiniti for over 5 weeks waiting on a part that was on back order. Phone calls and texts were rarely answered or returned and all the items I told them that needed fixed and were on the work order were ignored. But they made sure to give me a list of things the car was due for with a total near $2000. They said the car had been washed and vacuumed and the car was filthy. It looked like it had been sitting out in the elements for 5 weeks! I’ve dealt with dozens of service departments in my lifetime, and none as bad as this one. I won’t be going back! More
