I really think it's important to have a successful Chevy/GMC dealership in Baker City, OR. I have purchased my last two vehicles from this dealership even though I could have received a better deal f Chevy/GMC dealership in Baker City, OR. I have purchased my last two vehicles from this dealership even though I could have received a better deal from a dealer outside Baker City. My last service encounter enhanced my discontent with Baker City Chevrolet. I called a week in advance for an appointment. Amber is always very accommodating on the phone, however; when I delivered my wife's Blazer for the appointment the said it would be 90 minutes until it was finished. I arrived 90 minutes later and it wasn't finished. That wasn't big deal, but when I arrived to pick it up the second time (based on the time they gave me) it still wasn't washed. This is just a minor inconvenience, but it is in addition to the long list of things that I have been disappointed in with the management. My fear is that the dealership isn't going to be successful and will fail if others are having the same experience as I have had the last several months.
