They charged $118 for a basic oil change because they put an additive in without asking me. Lowest level oil change was $118. I definitely should have been asked before adding the additive. I called to talk with mgr and he did not return my call. While waiting for service to be done, I tried to talk with a sales person about leasing a new car and he was quite evasive. I called 4 other Buick/Chevy dealers near us. Their cost for an oil change was $89. We will not return to this dealership in the future. More

Your service department followed up and made sure I knew what was happening and took steps to make sure that I had transportation when I drop off the car for repair.
