The service department was very helpful. I was actually amazed that they did a safety inspection when I brought my vehicle in. Also, it was nice that they informed me if the free oil change I was actually amazed that they did a safety inspection when I brought my vehicle in. Communication was poor. After approving the part order, I had to call to get an update after 2 weeks of no contact, only to find out the part on order was discontinued. Then After approving the part order, I had to call to get an update after 2 weeks of no contact, only to find out the part on order was discontinued. Then after approving the purchase of a used part, I waited 2 more weeks with no contact. When i called again, I found out the part was in. Bright spot was the service contact was pleasant to work with. One key to customer service is communication-when the customer doesn’t know what is happening after 2 weeks (twice), the customer gets frustrated. Also, there were several items discovered to be wrong with my car and had to pay for 4 separate 1 hour diagnostic fees, with no offer to reduce the cost for my trouble. More
I have been very pleased with your service center and their honesty. I had a bad experience at a Holland dealer and luckily I spoke to your people and the issue that I had at the time was a warranty cov their honesty.
