Extremely frustrated GM as replacement part could not be located throughout the country. I was without a car for over a month. Would've been nice to have a courtesy car. Finally, dealer located three dea located throughout the country. I was without a car for over a month. Would've been nice to have a courtesy car. Finally, dealer located three dealers that had the part, but were told all three were reserved for installations. Betten proposed to purchase a used part in steering column for replacement, only cost me $115.00 extra. I decided to contact dealers directly. First one was in Massachusetts. I called them and they told me they did not have the part. Second one was in Kentucky. My wife and I drove there. I was able to purchase the part from a Cadillac dealership. While returning from Kentucky, we were rear ended by a drunk driver while we were stopped at a red light. My wife's care was totaled, and we spent several hours in the Emergency department. Returned the with the part the next day and relayed the story. I thought I might receive some type of discount on the service for all my extra efforts and trouble. I was wrong. More

I called your 28th street location and made a service appointment for Wednesday of last week. I called Tuesday and switched it to Thursday. I received a second confirmation for Wednesday. I figured the appointment for Wednesday of last week. I called Tuesday and switched it to Thursday. I received a second confirmation for Wednesday. I figured the girl screwed it up which she did. I arrived Thursday morning at Grandville and Glenn Schaap told me I had an appointment yesterday in jenison. He mentioned all call go directly there and that the person I spoke to was supposed to inform. She did not!!! Plus they screwed up the day!! Not off to a good start!!! Glenn was very accommodating. He said he had a full day but if I was willing to leave it for the day and possibly overnight he would do everything he could. He was great!! Informed twice on Thursday on the status and what needed to be done. Great job very happy with Glenn. Good man. We need more people like him More
